– Minimum Eligibility Index for all students = 3200

– The pool of applicants determines the level of competition in each major

– STEM/ Nursing use separate formula for calculating the indexCSULB Nursing and STEM Index Calculation - Minimum STEM Index = 3300

(High School GPA x 600) + SAT Critical Reading + (2 x SAT Math)

– Music and Dance have auditions
