Bond Measures 2002 and 2008 Measure E General Obligation Bonds totaling $621M Proposition 1A, 47, and 55 Statewide Bonds Total construction program: $770M 2 campuses and remote sites totaling about 144 square acres
Cordoba’s Involvement Cordoba began Program Management/Construction Management (PM/CM)

Services
Cordoba provides comprehensive program and construction management services to Long Beach Community College District. We are the agency’s Construction Manager (CM) to the District acting in the District's interests at every stage of the project.
