She is the Queen Elizabeth II. She is the head of the UK, of the Commonwealth and of the Church. She lives with her family in Buckingham Palace which is a tourist attraction in London.

This is Buckingham Palace where every morning at half past eleven there is the changing of the guards.

The Big Ben is a bell in the tower near the Parliament.It is the most famous symbol of London.

The Tower of London is a historic tower that was a prison and a royal palace. Now there is a museum with the crown jewels.

Hyde Park is one of London parks. Here there is an important river which is the Serpentine. In London there are other parks for example St. James Park where there are a lot of squirrels.

The British Museum is one of the most important museums in the world. Here there are some of the most important finds of the ancient times.

This is one of the wax statues that are in Madame Tussaud’s waxworks museum.In the museum there are the statues of all the most famous people in the world.

Piccadilly Circus is the most famous place in the center of London. There are a lot of shops, where tourists go for shopping.

William Shakespeare came to London and there he wrote some famous tragedies for example Othello, Julius Caesar, Romeo and Juliet and Hamlet.

London Eye was built in 1999 and it’s the biggest observation wheel in the world: it’s 170m high.
