Some tasks performed in the Lomiss Home Care® system are shared between all caregiver profiles making it easier to share information across the organization.

Among the tasks we can find:• List of daily treatment plan (where the caregiver can

change and update visits from the endpoint) • List of associated patients per caregiver (a caregiver

can schedule a new visit from the endpoint)• Personal details of a patient (once starting a session to

a specific patient personal details will appear and the caregiver will be able to go over them and update if necessary)

Possible Scenario

The following is a possible scenario from the home healthcare vertical:Practitioner scheduled visit (occupational therapist, physical therapist, nurse, doctor, speech therapist etc.)

•The practitioner receives the patient contact data to the end point beforehand (overnight, for example, the schedule for the next day)

•The system guides and verifies the practitioner arrival to the patient location.

•When arriving to the patient location the practitioner gets the relevant patient EMR (Electronic Medical Record) from the server (or earlier if defined).

LOmiss © 2008

Page 29: Lomiss Home Care

Possible Scenario

• While treating the patient the practitioner enters the relevant data to a user friendly reporting system on the end point.

• If encountering a problem the practitioner can consult the company's knowledge base or initiate a video conference call with a doctor

• When finishing the treatment the patient signs electronically to confirm the visit or swipes an electronic card.

• The practitioner sends an electronic secure update to the patient EMR other relevant databases are updated automatically.

• The system guides the practitioner to the next visit.
