The Lomiss delivery and distribution system relieves management and employees from tedious paperwork and voice communication this is done by updating the agents handheld device automatically with:

• List of daily assignments (where the employee can update tasks from their end point)

• List of associated clients per employee (for returning costumers)

• Detailed information of delivery (if needed) such as – size, weight, fragility, urgency, picture etc.

The Lomiss delivery and distribution reports system comes with a set of pre integrated reports allowing the organization to better understand and plan on going activities. The system includes the following reports:

• Field agent report: a summery of all tasks given to a specific Field agent the report includes several important quality indicators such as:– Total time on tasks– Time of each specific task– Average task time– Completed and incomplete task report– Reason of incompletion

• Unit report: activity summery for a specific unit in the organization. The report includes:– All tasks conducted by unit employees– Average task time on the unit level– Average mileage driven on the unit level– Completion and incompletion of tasks of unit by

Other aggregative reports are branching up to the area level and all the way to the company level
