It is observed that the store work needs additional hand to take the additional work of

purchases (2nd shift / ITI / increasing strength). It is also noticed that on number of occasion

the store clerk is required to go outside the campus for purchases / delivery etc. Also on

number of occasion the student is required to issue lab manuals, Drawing Sheets, etc. So, one

During the recent interviews for the post of lecturer in Electronic Department. Names of the

selected were identified for consideration. However from the available candidate it is necessary

to appoint staff on scale so that 50% staff of Electronic Departments is on regular scale.

Further, both these two staff have shown their good performance during their service in the

Institute. Hence, their case is recommended for regularization. They are also selected by the
