Employer / Recruiter Main Menu

Search Resumes – Click here tobegin searching resumes. Thisoption will say “Preview ResumeSearch” if resume search has notbeen purchased.

Post Jobs – Click here to beginposting jobs. This option will notappear if job postings have not been purchased.

All areas in RED must be filled outin order to post the job. If optionalareas are not selected within thejob posting, the selections will automatically default to minimumrequirements, which will be visibleon the job posting.

Postings are for one location (city and state or statewide posting) andfor one position only. When choosing a city, be sure to selectthe corresponding state or province.

Compensation (Optional) – Selecthourly or annually depending on thepay rate.

Job Type – This can be either FTor PT and/or Contract or Temporary.

Education Requirements, Experience Requirements andTravel Requirements (Optional) –These are drop-down menu options.

You may select up to 6 categories toclassify your position. To choose morethan one category, hold down the control key (Cmd on Mac) and click onmultiple categories to highlight them.

Reference Number (Optional) –May contain any number/lettercombination that indicates the job thatthe candidate is applying for.

Contact Options - This section contains 6 options, and is automatically filled in based on yourregistration information. Check at leastone of the last four boxes (email, phone number, fax number and address).

For confidential postings, do not selectcontact or company name. Contactemail may be used, as your email address remains confidential and willNOT be visible in the job posting.

A direct URL can be placed in the email box area to direct candidates toyour ATS system.

Select up to 6 categories which best describe the job. You may wish to include at least one of the major categories, which include Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation and Distribution.

Contact information can be changed for each posting, and will not affect the main registration information.

Job Description - Type, or copy andpaste your job description into thisfield (up to 10,000 characters). Youmay include job requirements here, oruse the second field, “jobrequirements”, to describe theminimum qualifications needed for theposition.

Company Information (Optional / Recommended) - Use this field toinclude background information on thecompany and desirability of workingfor your organization. Companyinformation is included at the top ofthe posting.

Once you have completed the joboutline, click the continue button. Youwill have the opportunity to reviewyour job posting before posting live. Ifyou need to make any changes before posting, click “Edit Job First”.This will bring you back to the joboutline. If no changes are needed,click “Post Now”.

You may add basic html to your text in order to bold, highlight,add bullets, color, center and increase your font size.

Save Your Search (Optional) – Youmay save your search criteria for futureneeds using this tool. Simply enter atitle for your search criteria, in order tosave your selected options. All saved searches can be found in the “SavedSearch Menu” on your login page.

Category (Required) – To selectmultiple categories, hold down thecontrol key (cmd on Mac) and clickyour desired categories. The default is‘all’. Select the categories that bestdescribe your job, includingresponsibilities, qualifications andrequirements. You may wish toinclude at least one of the majorcategories, which include Logistics,Supply Chain, Transportation andDistribution.

Location (Optional) - Select a region, state or province. To narrow your search,by typing in a city, you must select a stateas well. You can also perform a radius search of up to 50 miles.

Relocation (Optional) – To view onlylocal candidates, living in your selectedlocation, keep “Local Candidates Only” asyes. If you wish to view all candidateswho fit your search criteria who are willingto relocate, select “No” in this section.

Compensation (Optional) – Should youdecide to enter this information, be sure touse the same format as the examples.Although we do not show the candidate’sdesired salary, our search engine will onlyshow candidates that are seeking salarieswithin your chosen range.

Type of Job (Optional) – Select the typeof job you are trying to fill. You mayselect more than one by holding down thecontrol key (cmd on Mac) and clicking oneach one. Any resume satisfying at leastone job type will be included in thesearch.

Keyword Search (Optional) – Use this tool to narrow down your search byindicating specific skills,accomplishments or experience. Usequotes around keyword phrases suchas “supply chain”. List your desiredkeywords, separating each word with asingle space (no comma), and select tomatch “any” or “all” of your keywords.

Note: By selecting appropriate categories (above) you may not needto use keywords for most searches.

Select your results - 25, 50or 100 resumes per page, then clickSearch Now.

Your search criteria are summarized atthe top of the Search Results page. The number of pages and resumes that match your search criteria will bedisplayed, followed by the candidates’summaries (most recently postedresumes appear first).

Save Search - You may save yoursearch criteria from this page. Simplyenter a title for your search criteria inthe “Enter Search Name” box, and click on “Save This Search” in order tosave your search criteria. All savedsearches can be found in the “SavedSearch Menu” on your login page.

Summary – Includes the candidate’sname, location, education level, yearsof experience, desired position, briefresume summary and the date theresume was posted.

Viewing the Resume – Click on the“View Details” box to open thecandidate’s resume. You may alsoclick on the double box next to “View Details” in order to open the resume ina new window. The resume will beformatted exactly how the job seekerentered it.

Resume Forwarding Tool – Below everyresume, there is a convenient resumeforwarding feature, which allows you to forwardresumes via email.
