• TRAFFIC FLOW- 38 CARS/MIN• MIXED LAND USE IS OBSERVED IN THIS

AREA. • OVER ONE SIDE OF THE STREET WERE

RESIDENCE(ONLY G TYPE), EACH MAINTAINING A PROPER SETBACK OF 15M AND ON THE OTHER SIDE WERE ALL VARYING FROM G+3 TO G+7.

THIS IS A PLACE WERE WE OBSERVE A HUGE CHANGE IN SCALE OF THE BUILDINGS ON THE EITHER SIDES OF THE ROAD.• PAVEMENT IN THIS AREA WAS MAINTAINED

THROUGHOUT. • BUT THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH

VISIBILITY OF SIGNAGE CONCERN THIS AREA.

SIGNAGE- 3.5M AWAY FROM THE ROAD MAKING IT DIFFICULT TO READ FOR THE PERSON TRAVELLING BY

• SINCE, GREEN IS THE MOST SOOTHING COLOUR TO THE EYE, THE NEXT IMPORTANT FACTOR…THE ROAD NAME HAS BEEN DONE IN GREEN.

• NEXT COMES THE LANDMARK…THE NAMES OF THE LANDMARKS HAVE BEEN DONE IN BLUE.

• ALSO THE TEXT SIZE OF THE SIGNAGE VARY ACCORDING TO THE ABOVE MENTIONED HIERARCHY.
