Locate a property by parcel number within IRC GIS Address Viewer:

STEP 1: (https://ircgis.maps.arcgis.com/home/index.html and click on the Address Viewer)

STEP 2: (Click ok on Disclaimer)

STEP 3: (Click on 2nd icon to query)

STEP 4: (Click on 1st Task - Search by Parcel ID)

STEP 5: (Click in box “Parcel ID starts with” and enter the parcel ID without dashes and after the second to last number a period should be used instead of a forward slash (see below)).

STEP 6: (Click “Apply”)

STEP 7: (The results will show the parcel “highlighted” green and the assigned address will be in the center of the polygon “8536”. The query/search box can be closed.)

**If you notice in the result window that the site address is missing the physical house number you can either email me at [email protected] or you can email Robert Garst with the Property Appraiser’s office directly at [email protected] and ask that they update their records to match the IRC assigned address.

STEP 8: (If desired either aerial imagery can then be displayed or the IRC Street Basemap. The images can be toggled based on your preference.)

STEP 2: (Click ok on Disclaimer)

STEP 3: Click in box (top left corner “Find address or place”)

STEP 4: type an address (ex: 1105 12th AV SW) and then hit enter or click on eyeglass.

STEP 5: The map will move to that address and the address search result window will open.

STEP 6: Click in the parcel polygon and the parcel search result window will open.
