Telegraph - Used to transit message easily, quickly but expensive.

Telephone - Depends on distance, time of calls, types of call and the duration of calls.

Telex box/ e-mail - Sending and receiving of messages using a personal electronic mail box.

Fax – An exact copy of documents can be sent from one fax machine to another

E-mail - Sending and receiving of messages using an electronic mail box by computer.

TELECONFERENCINGIt allows more that people at different sites to be connected by phone and talk and hear each other at the same time. Video-teleconferencing which is an visual communication facility the allows a face-to face interaction with a business associates in distant locations.
