Invest upfront in Scoping & Design

• Involve all key users in scoping design workshops and UAT

• Ensure discussion and validation of all key processes / requirements/objectives/priorities

Focus from the start on user adoption

• Engage, and mitigate risk, through involvement through project

Survey Data Cube

The PWC/CSI Community Index report was launched in Spring 2012 and presented findings from a survey of the CEOs of 500 economically significant Australian not-for-profit organisations. The survey captures the perceptions of CEOs in terms of the operating conditions for their organisations and their confidence in relation to future operations. Jenni Deslandes Managing Director

Jenni has 20 years experience as a management consultant (McKinsey & Co, Sydney;

The COBA Group, London), marketer and general manager, primarily in consumer

facing organisations. She has led wholesale and retail sales teams in B2B and B2C

environments. She has worked extensively with CRM, web and learning management

systems through her own digital entrepreneurial endeavours. Jenni has been Loaded

MD since Oct 2012.

Hugh Morrow Executive Director

Hugh began his career as a strategy consultant with The LEK Partnership, was Chief

Manager Strategy with Westpac Financial Services, and taught Social Entrepreneurship

at Macquarie University where he held a full-time Adjunct Professorship. Hugh founded

a technology consulting firm - XT3 - that he grew from concept to commercial success

and trade sale. In addition to his role with Loaded, Hugh is a non-executive director of

ASX-listed iProperty Limited (IPP), the Australian Scholarships Foundation, the Australian

Social Innovation Exchange and the Stanford Australia Alumni Foundation.

Alexandre Prate Head of Consulting

With 15 years of experience in Customer Strategy Consulting, Alex successfully
