The second partner must listen to what the first is saying and try to draw the same picture.

Sometimes we don’t receive all of the information we need to complete a task.

When we are planning a project it’s vital that we get good quality details on what is required so our plans are appropriate.

A client will give you the details on what they want you to plan for them.

Your client is the person you will be working for. They will tell you what they want you to plan, design or create for them.

The client will set out requirements that they want you to follow when you plan the project on things like: Purpose Theme Style Genre Content

Script Specification

Talking to your client, askingthem questions to find outwhat they want you to do.

Reading information from yourclient on the things they wantyou to plan or create for them.

Reading the script to help you tounderstand the storyline and

characters in the project.

A precise definition, often a list ofthings that must be done for theproject to meet requirements.
