In Sucre the food is not so expensive as in other countries. Most of the colonial buildings of the city are around the main

There are a lot of competition, many hostels of bad quality.There is a terrain in Sucre in front of the biggest mall in the city

where could be built a residence for tourist. There are many services around: VISTA gym; SAS supermarket, the 3D cinema, BNB

bank, pharmacy, ATM) and there are some recommended cafes next to this terrain: AbisPatio and Karinel. Spanish Schools, best

restaurants are 2 blocks of this strategic place.There are some Spanish Academies that offer classes with good

results. Sucre’s people use to be kind, sharing with family is common in Sucre.

Tourist have easy access to Bolivia, Visa is not required. The residences could be offered to Bolivian/ foreigner students, single

persons or couples.

This project tries to offer security, comfort, and wellness to all the visitors of Sucre, in order to get better the tourism in the city

The terrain for this lodgment is property of Rossells family, who will built departments, equipped common areas, and rooms to receive guests.

to enjoy the location of the lodgment, a good service quality and be attended by the family.

• Rossells family will receive the guest as soon as they arrive to the airport/bus station.

• Clients who take the rooms will enjoy of an equipped kitchen, 3 entertainment rooms and green areas where they will watch movies, dance, read, study, training, for free.

• For some who come to learn Spanish in a basic/medium/advanced level, Xicanel will work with the best Spanish Academies in the city.

Sucre has many different attractions that all types of visitors will enjoy. Built in a predominantly colonial style the buildings and plazas make Sucre museum city harking back to an old South America. The city boasts a variety of excellent museums and churches, all worth visiting.Sucre is mainly a very calm quiet city, perfect for relaxation and recuperation – but it is still a University city with a vibrant youth culture and excellent nightlife.At every corner there is something to excite in the Ciudad Blanca.

Xicanel will be a lodgment for people foreigners and bolivians, (16years older) who are looking a cosy and safe place to stay while they visit Sucre, BoliviaPhilanthropic.- They like helping others, working in for social benefit,

sometimes as volunteers. They are friendly and prefer the quiet paces. They look

Students.- They want to learn languages, traditions, history. They can be young, or older. They use to look for a guide to visit new places. They might spend a week or more in the city.

Xicanel will offer a personalized service to their clients while they stay in Sucre Bolivia, they will be part of a family, learn and share their language, their traditions and culture.

•Young and adult (16 or older) who wants a nice, safe, comfortable place to stay.•They may want to learn Spanish in a basic/intermediate/advanced level.•Aside of learning the local idiom, clients will be able to learn about Bolivian culture (food, traditions, customs, much more).

This program allows the people over 16 to learn Spanish, the Bolivian culture and traditions while they create friendship between other cultures. This is a opportunity to enjoy of exploring Bolivia, and it’s natural beauty.

The project proposes to stablish alliances with other kind of services that are very close to the building: Vista Gym, Spanish Academies, ChildCare Center, Cultural center “origenes”, cafes Abis Patio and Karinel, 3D cinema SAS. In order to offer special prices to Xicanel’s users.

Xicanel will be a lodgment for bolivian and foreigners. There are Three options: • Equipped Apartments (30$/night)• Single Rooms (19.90$/night)• Double or shared rooms.(35$/night)

Traditional dances will be thought by professionals from the cultural center “origenes”.

The facebook page will show the experiences in order to reach more clients. Also all the institutions that work with Xicanel will offer its services.

Xicanel wil be 3 blocks from the main square “May25” being part of the colonial resource of the city. It’s next to Abis Patio, a recognized place for tourist. The biggest supermarket is in front of these buildings, as well other good services (gym, cinema, pharmacy, ATM, bank,). It’s a really good location. We’ll be always looking for ways to exceed the expectations of our customers. We’ll look for or develop all kinds of entertainment and activities for guests to make their stay special.

Business Concept ProposalXicanel is a place to stay while people discover all the great places in Sucre, Bolivia. Aside of the lodgment, clients enjoy of being a member of the family. All the service is personalized by the user through internet. Xicanel offer will contact the best services in the city and stablish an alliance with some organizations to have discounts in external services.

This service could be replied in the other cities in Bolivia, each one of them have too much to share with visitors. Once the processes have reach a good quality they could be patented.

Xicanel will be built in the garden of Rossells family’s house, it will be designed by the architect, in order to get the best design. Photos and projections will be published on-line to notice people interested.The bussines will be administrated by a bussines manager. The external services’ prices will be negotiated by the responsible client’s service. It’s a family’s project for instance.

The family will take on charge of the service in look for the best quality. The guest, once he/she gets into Xicanel, will be considered a member of the family; but he/she will have independence too. All the rooms or departments will have an independent entrance.

All the investment is around the 140.000 euros that might be got form a crowdfunding campaign in reward of representative discount to the future clients.
