    Economies o scaleThe viability and competitiveness o an LNG project are verysensitive to the investment cost o the lique action acility.Consequently, the speci c cost per ton o LNG produced is o criticalimportance.

    Our experience includes design and installation o the megatraintechnologies that enabled Trains 4 and 5 at the Qatargas acility inRas La an. These trains, driven by our Frame 9E gas turbines, set

    a new industry milestone or economies o scale. The next step inlarge LNG drivers is represented by our LMS100 with a nominal ISOpower output o about 100 MW and a thermal e ciency o 45%,it is the best available option to reduce the total cost o an LNGoperation.

    ModulesModularization o the plant is the best solution to meet overcomelimited site resources and space availability. GE Oil & Gas has all thenecessary engineering, manu acturing and procurement resourcesavailable in-house to produce turnkey modules. Our abricationyard is equipped with ull-load testing capabilities that replicateon-site conditions to considerably reduce risk. Our teams supportcustomers throughout the entire project li ecycle, rom design andinstallation to ongoing maintenance and upgrades.

    Auxiliary equipmentWe o er a complete port olio o auxiliary equipment includingreciprocating compressors, steam turbines, turbo-expanders,air coolers, pumps, valves and more.     Control systemsWe have the unique ability to o er an integrated control plat orm

    or compressors with a variety o drivers including gas turbines,steam turbines and electric motors. Our Integrated CompressorTrain Control (ICTC) system, previously known as Integrated Turbine-Compressor Control (ITCC), is a well-established product with over500 installations on di erent applications including re rigerantcompressors. This integrated product o ers a simpli ed, reliable ande cient control architecture and so tware or compressors or anti-

    surge control, process control and load sharing.The ICTC generally uses our Mark VIe system which ensures highreliability and availability through triple modular redundancy(TMR) or dual redundancy or critical systems. Key advantages o an integrated system include cost savings in terms o hardware,simpli ed installation and commissioning, enhanced maintainabilityand system availability without impacting per ormance or sa etyo the anti-surge system.
