Deposits and PoliciesA non-refundable deposit, which is applied to your food and beverage total, is required toreserve your date. The amount of the deposit is equal to 25% of the total estimated eventsubtotal. Deposits will then be scheduled and must be received at least six months & 90 daysprior to your event date. 100% of the final estimated balance is due ten (10) days prior to theevent date, along with a confirmed guest count. The attendance figure you provide by that datewill not be subject to reduction. Personal checks cannot be accepted as final payment or if yourevent is within thirty (30) days.
MinimumsAll events are required to meet a minimum expenditure. Minimums may vary due to date, time,event area, or size of the event. Room minimums do not include service charge, state sales tax,ceremony fees, or rental items. The requirements are quoted prior to booking the event and arestated in the Private Events Confirmation Agreement. For minimum requirements for an eventunder consideration, please contact the Private Events Department.
Food & BevergeEnclosed is a list of possible menu selections. Our Executive Chef is more than happy to workwith specialty menus, and anything you may envision for your special day. We canaccommodate gluten-free, and vegetarian options as well. Once your wedding is booked youreceive a complimentary tasting for two. A twenty-one (21%) percent service charge andapplicable state tax (10.0%) will be added to all food and beverage charges. Please note thatservice charge is taxable by California state law. Menu prices are subject to market fluctuation.All events have a maximum time limit of five (5) hours. If additional time is required,arrangements may be made with our Private Events Department prior to the event. Additionalcharges may apply. If you have your ceremony onsite, we provide you with one (1) additionalhour of consecutive rental. All events must end no later than 1:00 am. Final menu selections,room arrangements, and other details are due thirty to forty-five (30 to 45) days prior to yourevent. Menu pricing can be guaranteed up to ninety (90) days prior to your event. After youprovide us with the final selections and arrangements, we will present you with a BanquetEvent Order confirming the specific requirements of your event.
DecorationsWe can provide you with mirrors & table number stands for $25. Items may only be affixed tothe wall with prior approval by the Events Sales Department. Glitter, Confetti, Rice and Birdseedof any kind are not permitted. Client must take all decorations and personal belongings at theconclusion of the event. La Mirada Golf Course is not responsible for items left behind.

Menu NotablesWe offer a variety of menu selections and packages designed to accommodate any event.
Please ask about our custom menus. No outside alcohol is allowed. If it is brought onto the
premises, it will be confiscated.
A split entrée menu may be offered on served meals. All entrées will be charged at the higher
priced item and require assigned menu choices on each place card. Vendor meals are available
at $25++ per vendor. If you have selected our Silver, Gold or Platinum package, you are allotted
the same amount of chair covers or chiavari chairs as guests that you pay for. Chair covers and
chiavari chairs will not be provided for vendors, since they are charged at a lower rate.
Food TastingAll wedding packages are offered a complimentary group tasting for two. Each booked client
with an estimated invoice of $4,000 or more is also invited to attend. Contact the Private
Events Department for upcoming tasting dates. Private tastings require a minimum of 2 people
and will be charged at $25.00 per person. Private tastings are only available during office hours.
VendorsLMGC requires that all vendors be licensed and insured. Please verify with all your vendors that they
meet these requirements. Proof of insurance may be required if they are not on our preferred vendor
list. We do not allow outside linen or chair rentals, Food or Beverage. Vendors are guaranteed
admittance to set up one (1) hour prior to the start of your event.
StoragePlease notify your vendors that LMGC will not provide storage for any event items. Therefore,
all items must be removed at the conclusion of the event. LMGC will not be responsible for
articles lost, stolen, or left unattended during or after the conclusion of your event.
Day of EventWe are here early to make sure that everything goes well and that you are well taken care of.
When the big day finally arrives, we will ensure you are in good hands. Your DJ or MC and our
Banquet Captain will be onsite to help run your event. LMGC will gladly place guest books,
toasting glasses, and cake server sets only. These items need to be dropped off to the Private
Events Department on the Thursday or Friday prior to your Wedding Day. Favors, place cards,
and centerpieces need to be arranged by you, your coordinator, or your florist.
Photo TakingAt La Mirada Golf Course, we allow your entire family and bridal party to take photos in our
Lakeside Gazebo. We have one area between We do not allow photos on the actual fairways
(for your saftey), putting greens and chipping area because high heels and dress shoes create
holes and divots in an area that has to be flat. We allot weddings two (2) carts total; one (1) for
the couple and one (1) for the photographer(s) or videographer.
