Here at The AIM Companies™, we’re having FUN and celebrating all month long. This is the month that celebrates the founding of our great nation (July 4) as well as Canada Day (July 1). The 2013 AIM Convention in Boise, Idaho, this month celebrates the journey that began thirty-one years ago with our mission to help people improve their health, wealth, and quality of life … and have fun along the way.

The launch of the AIM Academy just over a year ago was an important part of continuing our mission. Those who have completed the curriculum are showing the greatest growth of their AIM businesses. These graduates tell us they are having a lot of fun as they educate thousands more, helping people improve their health and happiness.

As we all know, health and happiness are undeniably linked to one another. Giving your body what it needs makes you feel better, which can allow you to have a bigger impact on the world. As for huge impacts, this month we are also celebrating the accomplishments of our Members. Please join us in congratulating AIM Chairman’s Club Members Connie and Steve Knight—inductees into our Three Million Dollar Club—and Royal Emerald Director Richard Ekstrom, who is being inducted into our Two Million Dollar Club. These elite Members will be honored at the AIM Convention. If you ask them, I’m sure they will be glad to share with you just how much fun they have had helping countless people improve their health and wealth with AIM.

In July 2012, Chairman’s Club Directors Steve and Connie Knight joined the Three Million Dollar Club. Given that last year’s AIM convention took place at sea in April, the Knights’ induction into this elite membership happens this month at the 2013 AIM Convention in Boise, Idaho.

Steve and Connie are the first to admit that they could never have achieved this milestone without the support of their upline and downline, whom they gratefully acknowledge along with AIM Members outside of their organization, including Chairman’s Club Directors Dr. Mary Ruth Swope and Janet Pauly.

Like so many AIM Members who didn’t intend to be in business, the Knights’ road to success was ignited by their sponsors, Dan and Louise Erceg, who left their AIM legacy to Richard Ekstrom, Royal Emerald Director.

Uncle Dan and Aunt Louise arrived at the Knights’ home back in 1985 for what turned out to be a visit lasting several months. The Ercegs brought along a TV, a VCR, and a video of Chairman’s Club Director Janet Pauly’s first talk. This helped Connie and Steve in setting up appointments with one to three people every day in their home for two weeks. Although the groups invited were small in number, after watching the Janet Pauly video, each person either bought some of their AIM inventory or ordered six-packs.

Within four weeks, the excitement surrounding AIM green nutrition brought them to the Director level. Three and a half years later, Connie and Steve Knight became Chairman’s Club Directors, the highest of the elite levels in the AIM Member Income Plan. Reaching the Three Million Dollar Club is an incredible accomplishment for a couple that never planned on building an AIM business.

During the past twenty-eight years, Connie and Steve have witnessed their own health benefits and those of countless others who use AIM products. The success of their AIM business eventually allowed Connie and Steve to retire from their day jobs and fulfill their hearts’ desire to be active part-time in a missionary capacity, taking them to worldwide destinations.

For the many rewards of this “awesome opportunity”, Connie and Steve are grateful for the support and encouragement of The AIM Companies™. Connie stated, “We especially want to thank co-owners Ron and Opal Wright and Dennis and Kay Itami along with Chairman’s Club Directors Jim and Carolyn Kling … the original “go-getters” who paved the way for us to grab hold of this wonderful opportunity. We are forever indebted to them.”

When it comes to inheriting an AIM business, Royal Emerald Director Richard Ekstrom of hayden, Idaho, has an interesting tale to tell. his Uncle Dan’s dedication to helping people with AIM products has led to Richard’s

induction into the Two Million Dollar Club at the 2013 AIM Convention in Boise, Idaho.

The first thing Richard emphasizes is that Daniel Erceg was the one who built the business and earned this

income through hard work—the personification of the American Dream.

“As far as I know, Dan was a half aboriginal native of New Zealand,” Richard recollected.

“After being kicked out of Australia for refusing to join the army, my uncle moved to America and worked

as a nurse. he started with AIM at the age of sixty-five and became a millionaire.” however, it was not about

the money. For Dan Erceg, it was about transforming lives.

“he believed God called him to deliver AIM BarleyLife® to the world,” Richard said. “his

downline is in seven countries.”

Dan had wanted his twenty-year-old nephew to get involved with AIM, but beyond taking the products, Richard did not see the business potential at the time. he was focused on becoming a helicopter pilot.

By the age of thirty-six, Richard had been an on-and-off AIM distributor. AIM BarleyLife and AIM Herbal

Fiberblend® had helped him to lose forty-seven pounds, and AIM Composure® relieved his pain and stress from a herniated

disc, so he knew AIM products could improve people’s health.

When the health of Dan and his wife, Louise, began to fail in 2006, Richard was asked to handle the family finances and take care of his uncle and aunt, who had no children.

As both a Chairman’s Club Director in Dan’s downline and the wife of Richard’s first cousin, Steve, Connie Knight was instrumental in encouraging Richard to maintain his uncle’s business. “I had no idea what I was getting myself into,” Richard stated. “I started out keeping the business alive to keep them alive, and it turned out to be a blessing.”

Dan passed away in 2009 at the age of eighty-nine after struggling with Alzheimer’s disease for several years. In 2010, before Louise passed from the same debilitating disease, Richard started a

charity—the Daniel Erceg Memorial Foundation, funded by the income from his uncle’s AIM business. Receiving only a small management fee, Richard administers the trust fund that

donates to various charities—primarily church youth groups— throughout northern Idaho. Even

after his death, Dan Erceg continues to transform lives through his AIM legacy.

The reasons for the brain boost seem to lie with a particular flavonol called (-)-epicatechin. The com pound belongs to a family of catechins, which are abundant in cocoa. The (-)-epicatechin is believed to increase circulation and assist in the growth of blood vessels.

J.R. Celski is a speedskating champion. Even after a devastating leg injury, J.R. managed to win two bronze medals at the 2010 Winter Olympic Games in Vancouver, Canada. This twenty-three-year-old AIM-sponsored athlete has competed in six World Cup competitions. In October 2012, J.R. set a world record that earned him a gold medal in the 500-meter race. Two months later, J.R. suffered a concussion while skating in the World Cup III in Nagoya, Japan. yet during the 2012–2013 World Cup season, J.R. managed to earn seven medals in total and ranks in 8th place out of 150 skaters.

Leré Robinson, Star Sapphire Director and Nutritional Consultant, hosted her second annual Raw Truth Wellness Morning that included a variety of health-oriented vendors. A total of 160 people attended the event, featuring guest speakers Rose Bird, AIM Canada General Manager and Chartered herbalist, and Keith Duff, AIM Regional Meeting and Training Director. Digestion and diabetes were the focal health-related topics covered in individual presentations by Leré and Rose. Keith shared the Member benefits of increasing product and business knowledge at the free, online AIM Academy.
