Living a Healthy Life: The Importance of Water Filtering
We all know that we can use water for different reasons such as washing, bathing, and drinking. One benefit of water is keeping our body fluidsbalanced.
For anyone out there who wants to lose some weight, water should be your only drink! No soft drinks, no coffee, no juices, just WATER.
So, as long as there’s a need for water, there’s a need for it to be filtered to make sure it’s safe to drink.
Despite our efforts to sanitize water sources, we still can’t be too sure about the safety of drinking straight from the tap
In fact in 1991 when Tropical Storm Thelma/Uring severely contaminated our water supply, large supplies of chlorine were among the relief goods that were sent to our country.
Chlorine is actually a carcinogen and can put us at risk of developing rectal or bladder cancer.
There are many waterborne microorganisms in unfiltered water that can attack our bodies and make us very sick.
The most common infection people acquire from contaminated drinking water is diarrhea.
Filtered water also tastes better and when it tastes better we’ll love to drink more. You can probably say that filtered water “tastes clean”, putting worries of bacteria and germs at the back of our minds.
Water is something we cannot live without as it plays an important role in maintaining good health. That is why water filtration is something that cannot be overlooked.
