CoQ10 Ubiquinol

Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10), an antioxidant, promotes heart health and may reduce muscle pain with or without muscle weakness and fatigue associated with statin medications.* Physicians often recommend that patients taking a statin medication also take a minimum 100 mg of CoQ10 daily. Depending upon your individual circumstances, your physician may recommend higher levels.

Cooper Complete Original and Elite Athlete contain 100 mg CoQ10. Basic One and Healthy Body Pack do not contain CoQ10, so individuals taking one of these would need 100 mg CoQ10.

Vitamin D-3

Vitamin B12 Liquid

Cooper Clinic tests all patients to determine their vitamin D level, as there is very little vitamin D found naturally in food and many people don't absorb enough sunlight to have optimal levels. As a baseline, all Cooper Complete multivitamins contain 2,000 IU vitamin D. For individuals who need higher levels of supplementation, these products contain 1,000 IU or 5,000 IU of vitamin D-3 per softgel.

Daily recommended serving is one softgel or as recommended by your physician. 60 softgels of 1,000 IU per bottle or 120 softgels of 5,000 IU per bottle.

Studies have shown that a deficiency—even a slight deficiency—of vitamin B12 can lead to abnormal neurologic and psychiatric symptoms, which may include shaky movements and unsteady gait, muscle weakness, spasticity, incontinence, low blood pressure, vision problems, dementia, psychosis and mood disturbances.
