1.目的: Purpose 1.1 为了指导及规范系统及设备的调试工作,保证系统及设备能够安全正常投入运行,

制定本措施。 This procedure is compiled to guide and standardize the work done in system commissioning to ensure equipment and system can be put into operation in an orderly way. 1.2 检查电气、热工保护联锁和信号装置,确认其动作可靠。 Check that electric and thermal process protections, interlocks, and signal devices operate correctly. 1.3 检查设备的运行情况,检验系统的性能,发现并消除可能存在的缺陷 Inspect equipment operation, test system performance, and rectify defects that might exist. 2.凝结水系统 Condensate water system 2.1 凝结水泵 A(B)启动允许条件 Condensate pump A(B) start permit 2.1.1 凝泵入口电动阀全开 Motor-operated valve in condensate pump inlet opened 2.1.2 凝泵电机线圈度不高< 120℃(6 点) Condensate pump motor stator winding temperature not high < 120℃(6 points)

2.1.3 凝结水泵及电机轴承温度不高< 70℃ Condensate pump and motor bearing temperature not high< 70℃

2.1.4 热井水位不低 Water level of condensate hot well not L 2.1.5 凝结水泵 A 出口门全关或投备用 Motor-operated valve in condensate pump A outlet closed or in standby. 2.2 凝结水泵 A(B)保护跳闸条件 Condensate pump A(B) protection trip condition 2.2.1 本泵运行 30 秒后出口门仍关闭 The outlet is still closed after the pump is running at a period of 30s 2.2.2 凝泵入口电动阀全关 Motor-operated valve in condensate pump inlet closed 2.2.3 凝泵电机线圈度高高> 130℃(6 点) Condensate pump motor stator winding temperature high high> 130℃ (6 points)

2.2.4 凝泵推力轴承温度高高> 85℃ Condensate pump thrust bearing temperature high high > 85℃

Water level 1 of condensate hot well LL low low 2.2.6 凝结水泵 A 运行,凝结水流量小于 415t/h 且最小流量阀开度小于 50% Condensate pump A is running, condensate water flow <415t/h and recirculation regulating valve position<50%. 2.3 凝结水泵 A(B)自启动 Condensate pump A(B) 2.3.1 若本泵在备用,当运行泵停运或凝结水泵出口母管压力低(延时 2 秒)则保护联锁启

备用泵 If the pump is at standby status and the running pump stops or condensate pump outlet main pipe pressure low, delay 2s,interlock protection will start the standby pump 2.4 凝结水泵 A(B)出口电动门 Condensate pump A(B) outlet motorized valve 2.4.1 泵运行 5 秒联开阀门 The valve will open when pump runs 5s. 2.4.2 泵停止联关阀门 The valve will close when pump stops 2.4.3 凝结水泵投联锁联开阀门 The valve will be opened when pump interlock 2.5 凝结水输送泵 A(B) Condensate delivery pump A(B) 2.5.1 凝结水储水箱水位不低则允许启本泵 If level of condensate water tank is not low, the pump can start 2.5.2 凝结水储水箱水位低低则联锁停本泵 If level of condensate water tank is low low, interlock will stop the pump 2.5.3 若本泵在备用,当运行泵停运或凝结水输送泵出口母管压力低则保护联锁启备用泵 If the pump is at standby status and the running pump stops or pressure of condensate water header in condensate pump low, interlock protection will start the standby pump 2.6 低压缸喷水阀门自动开 (或) LP Turbine Cylinder spray water valve automatic opening(OR) 2.6.1 低压缸排汽温度大于 80℃ LP exhaust temperature > 80℃ 2.6.2 发电机负荷小于 15% Generator load <15% 2.7 低压缸喷水电动门自动关(与) LP Turbine Cylinder spray water valve automatic closing(AND) 2.7.1 低压缸排汽温度均小于 65 度

All the LP exhaust temperatures<65℃ 2.7.2 发电机负荷大于 15% Generator load >15% 3.真空系统 3.Vacuum system 3.1 真空泵 A(B) Vacuum pump A(B) 3.1.1 若本泵在备用方式,当运行泵停运或一台泵运行凝汽器真空低,联锁启备用泵 When the pump is at standby status, if the running pump stops or the running pump has run and pressure of condenser is high, the standby pump will start. 3.1.2 本泵在运行,汽水分离器液位低 600 秒;轴承温度>95℃或绕组温度>135℃,及

泵运行 120s 入口阀未开,联锁停本泵 When the pump is at running status, if steam-water separator level low over 600s, bearing temperature more than 95℃ or motor stator winding temperature more than135℃,and Vacuum pump inlet valve not opened while running more than 120s, the pump will trip. 3.1.3 启动允许条件:电机线圈及轴承温度正常;真空泵入口蝶阀已关;且汽水分离器液位

不低。 Start permit: vacuum pump inlet butterfly valve closed; motor stator winding temperature and bearing temperature is normal ; steam-water separator level not low . 3.2 真空泵 A(B)入口蝶阀 Pneumatic butterfly valve of vacuum pump A(B) inlet 3.2.1 泵运行后入口气动阀前后差压高,联开;泵停联关 When pump is running, if inlet pneumatic valve front and rear differential pressure high, the valve will be opened; if the pump stops, the valve will be closed 3.3 真空泵 A(B)补水电磁阀 Vacuum pump A(B) makeup water solenoid valve 3.3.1 汽水分离器液位低,联开;汽水分离器液位高高,联关 If the steam and water separator level low, the valve will be opened; if the level high, Vacuum

pump A stopped with 5 seconds delay,the valve will be closed

3.4 真空破坏阀开允许 Vacuum broken valve Open permit 汽机跳闸、发电机跳闸 OPC 动作且汽机转速<2000rpm Turbine trip or Gen trip or OPC active and turbine speed<2000rpm 4.高加和低加系统 HP heater and LP heater system 4.1 高加保护

High pressure heater protection 4.1.1 高加水位高 3 值,关对应段抽汽电动门、逆止门,开疏水阀,关高加进、出口门 If high pressure heater water level high at value 3, stage extraction steam motorized valve and check valve will be closed, high pressure heater drain water valve will be opened, high pressure heater inlet and outlet motorized valve will be closed 4.1.2 高加水位高 2 值,开对应的高加事故疏水阀 If high pressure water level high at value 2, high pressure emergency drain water valve will be open 4.1.3 手动紧急解列,关对应抽汽电动门、逆止门,关高加进、出口电动门 manual urgency output is installed for high pressure heater, which can close, extraction steam motorized valve and check valve, close high pressure heater inlet and outlet motorized valve. 4.2 1、2、3 抽电动门 1、2、3 Extraction steam motorized valve 4.2.1 当高加紧急解列、汽机跳闸、发电机跳闸、对应高加水位高 3 值时,以上任一条

件满足联锁关本阀门 High pressure heater urgency stepout, turbine trips,generator trip and high pressure water level high at value 3, if any condition of which is met, the valve will be closed 4.2.2 允许开条件:高加水位不高 I 值且高加进、出口电动门开且旁路门关 Open permit: HP heater level not H and high pressure heater inlet and outlet motorized valve

4.3 1、2、3 抽逆止门 1、2、3 Extraction steam check valve 4.3.1 允许开条件:无联锁关条件 Open permit: no interlock condition 4.3.2 当高加紧急解列、汽机跳闸、OPC 动作,抽汽阀关闭,任一高加水位高 3 值时,

以上任一条件满足联锁关本阀门 High pressure heater urgency stepout, turbine trips,extraction MOV closed DEH OPC action and high pressure water level high at value 3, if any condition of which is met, the valve will be closed 4.41、2、3 抽疏水阀 1、2、3 extraction steam drain valve 4.4.1 汽机跳闸、对应抽汽电动门关闭、高加紧急解列、OPC 动作,机组负荷 <12%,

以上任一条件满足联锁开本阀门 If turbine trips, extraction steam motorized valve is closed,DEH OPC action high pressure heater water level high at value 3 or unit load<12%,any condition of which occurs, the valve will be opened

4.4.2 机组负荷>10%且无联锁开条件,联锁关本阀门 If unit load>10% and no interlock open condition, the valve will be closed 4.5 高加进、出口电动门 HP heater outlet motor-operated,inlet motor-operated valve 4.5.1 高加紧急解列或任一高加水位高 3 值,保护联锁关本阀门 If high pressure heater urgency stepout or any high pressure heater water level high at value 3, interlock protection will close outlet motor-operated and inlet motor-operated valve 4.5.2 开允许条件:无联锁关条件 Open permit: no interlock close condition 4.5.3 关允许条件:旁路阀开 Close permit: bypass MOV opened 4.6 高加旁路阀 HP heater bypass motor-operated valve 4.6.1 高加紧急解列或任一高加水位高 3 值,保护联锁开本阀门 If high pressure heater urgency stepout or any high pressure heater water level high at value 3, interlock protection will open the valve 4.6.2 关允许条件: 高加进出口电动闸阀全开 Close permit: HP heater inlet MOV and outlet MOV opened 4.7 1、2、3 号高加危急疏水气动阀 1、2、3 HP heater emergency drain pneumatic operated valve 4.7.1 对应高加水位高 2 值时联锁开本阀门 If high pressure heater water level high at value 2, interlock will open the valve 4.8 低加保护 Low pressure heater protection 4.8.1 低加水位高 3 值,关对应段抽汽电动门、逆止门 If low pressure heater water level high at value 3, stage extraction steam motorized valve and check valve will be closed 4.8.2 低加水位高 2 值,开对应的低加事故疏水阀 If low pressure heater water level high at value 2, the low pressure heater drain valve will be opened 4.9 5、6 抽电动门 5、6 steam extraction piping motor-operated valve 4.9.1 当汽机跳闸,发电机跳闸或对应低加水位高 3 值,进水阀关,出水阀关,联锁关本阀

门 When turbine trips or the low pressure heater water level high at value 3 or water inlet MOV

4.9.2 允许开条件:低加水位不高 I 值且低加进、出口电动门开且旁路门关 Open permit: LP heater level not H and low pressure heater inlet and outlet motorized valve

opened and bypass valve closed

4.10 5、6 抽逆止门 5、6 steam extraction piping NRV 4.10.1 当汽机跳闸,发电机跳闸,或对应低加水位高 3 值,抽汽阀关或 OPC 动作时,联锁

关本阀门 When turbine trip ,generator trip ,extraction MOV closed or the low pressure heater water level high at value 3 or OPC act, the valve will be closed 4.11 5、6 抽疏水阀 5、6 steam extraction piping pneumatic operated drain valve 4.11.1 汽机跳闸、对应抽汽电动门关闭、对应低加水位高 2 值、机组负荷 <22%,以上

任一条件满足联锁开本阀门 If turbine trips, extraction steam motorized valve is closed, low pressure water level high at value 2 or unit load<22%, any condition of which occurs, the valve will be opened 4.11.2 机组负荷>20%且无联锁开条件,联锁关本阀门 If unit load>20% and no interlock open condition, the valve will be closed 4.12 5、6、7、8 号低加入口电动阀 5、6、7、8 LP heater inlet motor-operated valve 4.12.1 关允许条件:对应低加电动旁路阀全开 Close permit: relevant LP heater bypass MOV opened 4.12.2 自动关, LPH 水位高 III,并且旁路阀没有关延时 3 秒 Auto close condition: LPH water level high III and water bypass MOV not closed with 3 seconds delay 4.13 5、6、7、8 号低加出口电动阀 5、6、7、8 LP heater outlet motor-operated valve 4.13.1 关允许条件:对应低加电动旁路阀全开 Close permit: relevant LP heater bypass MOV opened 4.13.2 自动关, LPH 水位高 III,并且旁路阀没有关延时 3 秒 Auto close condition: LPH water level high III and water bypass MOV not closed with 3 seconds delay 4.14 5、6、7、8 号低加电动旁路阀 5、6、7、8 LP heater bypass motor-operated valve 4.14.1 关允许条件:对应低加入口与出口电动阀全开 Close permit: relevant LP heater inlet and outlet motor-operated valve opened 4.14.2 自动开:LPH 水位高 III,进口门关,或出口门关 Auto open condition: LPH water level high III , inlet MOV closed or outlet MOV closed.
