function. Analyze/adjust inventory levels to coincide

with lead time changes. Build a close relationship with the buyer to ensure on time deliveries and MRP parameter maintenance. (e.g. lead times)

Daily material/production planning based on customers' orders

Work with technical team to plan and maximise materials to maintain optimum usage. Responsible for the availability of material/production/maintenance orders as in accordance to the production/maintenance/stock plan.

Interface with Business Operations, QA, Production and Technical teams on changes of inventory content and quantity

Monitor program inventory holding level based on monthly inventory report and analysed inventory turns, potential obsolescence and inventory/sales ratio

Process customer sales orders and coordinate with various departments and related parties in ensuring orders are delivered on time

Optimise loading capacity and monitor movement of finished goods so to minimise retention period of finished goods

Minimize stock outs and negative impact on the business by making use of MRP exceptions and to initiate recovery plans.

To manage planned against actual and to take action to correct the deviations.
