Supporting Fig. 3. HMPL-004 pre-treatment does not prevent the development of chronic DSS colitis. C57BL/6 mice were given four cycles of DSS drinking water. Mice were orally gavaged daily with 300 mg/kg HMPL-004 or Methyl Cellulose (MC) starting 1 week prior to DSS treatment. Mice were sacrificed on day 29 and assessed for intestinal inflammation.
