Students are assigned in Anesthesia workshops as part of ICE II. Course Director does not schedule class on Jewish holidays, so, course has always been 16 and not 17 hours. In 2010‐2011, we cut December 7th as per Course Director. 2011‐12: Over the years course director has repeatedly asked to have exam earlier in the December exam block. Due to AAOMR conference in 2011, we swapped the OMFR and Anesthesiology exam to satisfy both requests/conflict. CD wants December exam in morning in order to get students grades by end of the day. 2013 ‐ 14: Moved session on first day of school to before final exam. 2015 – 16: The local anesthesia hands ‐ on student workshop formerly in ICE II has been moved to the course, held on 3 Tuesday evenings in January. 1/3 of class scheduled to each session, schedule alphabetically by last name.

Comments: The first 2-3 hours are spent in lecture, followed by a lab for the entire class. The D’14 students additionally attend a three hour ICE session on a Friday morning. The IS’13 students have an extra two hour Wednesday session as they are unable to attend the Friday morning ICE sessions. Three pediatric laboratory hours are counted in the ICE workshop. The last Wednesday is a makeup session for the workshops and no lecture is given. Pedo lectures 8 -10am and splits the class between 848 and 1411 for lab from 10 -12:00pm. Book room 848 from 8-12:00pm on all dates and book 1411 from 10am-12:00pm. 2015: The 3hr Friday workshops from ICE II were added Pedo course. The IS students will need to have extra 2 hours on a Wednesday session because they cannot do Friday workshops.
