Sharing the Gospel

through this magazine

O God, You are my God; I shall seek You earnestly; My soul thirsts for You, my flesh yearns for You, In a dry and weary land where there is no water.

Thus I have seen You in the sanctuary, To see Your power and Your glory.

Because Your loving kindness is better than life, My lips will praise You. So I will bless You as long as I live; I will lift

up my hands in Your name. My soul is satisfied as with marrow and fatness, And my mouth offers

praises with joyful lips. When I remember You on my bed, I meditate

on You in the night watches, For You have been my help.

Psalm 63:1-6

What is true vision?

What is true vision? True vision is not something that

you invent with the human mind. True vision is about

the desire that God imparts into you. Vision is about

your contribution on earth to the Kingdom of God.

Vision is a conception that is inspired by God in

the heart of a human. The gift of vision is

greater than the gift of sight. Sight is a function

of the eyes, but vision is a function of the heart.

The power of vision is that your future is not just

ahead of you--it also lies within you.

Dr. Myles Monroe

Definition of Vision

1. eyesight: the ability to see

2. mental picture: an image or concept in the

imagination visions of power and wealth

3. parapsychology something seen in dream or trance:

an image or series of images seen in a dream or

trance, often interpreted as having religious,

revelatory, or prophetic significance

4. far-sightedness: the ability to anticipate possible

future events and developments somebody or

something beautiful: a beautiful or pleasing sight

What is PURPOSE?

What is PURPOSE? Purpose is when you know and

understand what God created you to accomplish on this

earth. What is VISION? Vision is when you can see the

purpose in your mind by FAITH & begin to dream it.

You need to act with purpose.

Discovering something you can put your

whole self into will fill your life with new

hope and purpose. It will give you a reason

for living.

Dr. Myles Monroe

Definition of Purpose

1. reason for existence: the reason for which

something exists or for which it has been done or

made

2. desired effect: the goal or intended outcome of

something

3. determination: the desire or the resolve necessary

to accomplish a goal set something as goal: to

intend or determine to do something

The Divine Push!!

Are you about to give birth to your destiny? Do

you feel a tugging in your spiritual belly? Don't

allow the enemy to distract you during this labor

season. You are giving birth to a vision that will

bless the nations.

Your vision is more powerful than anything you

could possibly imagine because it is a God given

vision. It is a God positioned destiny that no one

can abort except you. The human mind could not

conceive such an awesome destiny for you.

Your vision will determine how you conduct the

rest of your life. From this moment on determine

to do things based on your purpose.

It is a healthy baby. So relax and get ready for the

DIVINE PUSH.

What is Vision & Purpose?

When the Lord spoke these three words “Naked, Broken

and Unashamed” I did not realize the full extent of His

message. I knew that it had to do with PWP, but I did

not realize the impact it would have on the lives of the

people we would reach with this message.

The necessity to look at each word carries within it a

depth of our freedom found only in Him. “Whom the

Son sets free is free indeed.” True freedom is attached

to our relationship with the Almighty. A shallow

relationship will not produce real freedom. A degree of

freedom will come, but it will not be to the depth that

He desires for us.

Freedom does carry a price and Jesus paid the price on

the cross. Nevertheless, it is up to us to stay free. That

means staying in a place with Him, in Him and through

Him that keeps us aware of the entrapments of the

enemy. The condemnation that the enemy tries to

enslave us with is a tool that he (the enemy) has

mastered. He will use condemnation as a swordsman

wields a sword. He will use it to cut at the very fiber of

our core.

We must recognize the enemy and his deceptive devices

if we are to remain in a place of nakedness, brokenness

and not be ashamed of our past. Our past is “the past”

and it should not to be used against us. Moreover, it

should not entrap or bind us to the spirit of shame.

The spirit of shame in connected to many other spirits

that can attach themselves because we have opened the

door that allows them access. Mistakes from our past

will harbor these spirits and render us ineffective for the

Kingdom of God.

The Word of God says, “No weapon formed against us

shall prosper.” He did not say it would not form, He

said it would not prosper. This means that every trip,

trap or snare that the enemy sets against us we must pull

down.

We must pull down the traps and snares with the Word

of God. We must also know each weapon in our arsenal

based on Ephesians chapter six and how to effectively

use them.

The Lord spoke Naked, Broken and Unashamed.

NAKED means:

having no clothing on any part of the body

Lacking covering: lacking the usual covering or

protection

without embellishment the naked truth Unarmed:

unarmed and defenseless

Devoid of something; naked of all pretensions to

grandeur

When we are naked before the Lord:

We lack the usual covering or protection from the

doctrines or rudiments of this world. Doctrines tend

to hide our “messy behavior.”

We lack the religious ideas that have kept us bound.

Our past sins are displayed openly and God can

deal with them.

We are without the usual embellishments of this

world’s system and therefore, He sees us as we

really are. Our gifts, talents, skills, outward beauty

are embellishments.

We are unarmed and defenseless when we stand in

his presence and face the enemy within us.

We are naked of all pretensions to grandeur that

come with our titles, positions, social or economic

status.

We are in a position where we are stripped us of

everything we think we are. God wants to use us, but

we must come to Him humble. All of our preconceived

ideas about who we are, what we are and where we are,

are stripped away.

Being naked before Him means that all of the things we

hold dear are stripped away. Sin cannot enter into His

presence. The preconceived plans of man cannot stand

before the matchless One; they have to be stripped

away. When we are stripped of everything, we will

draw closer to Him because everything is out of the

way. All obstacles and barriers are removed. God will

strip us of materials things, money, property,

possessions, people, status and position in order to bring

us face to face with ourselves, wretched and undone.

Once we are stripped of the things that define us, God

can deal with us unhindered by our trappings and

delusions of grandeur. Titles, positions and earthly

11

process because the hidden things are elements that feed

our delusions of grandeur. Pride is rooted and grounded

in the soil of its father the devil and MUST be uprooted

before any further breaking can take place.

When God begins to break things off this means, that

pride is no longer whole. It is in two or more pieces

because the hand of God has struck it. Pride is

instrumental in keeping us from the fullness of God. I

believe that is why He deals with pride first. God

strikes at the very heart of pride and the shattered pieces

of our pride must be removed; there can be no residue. If

residue is left, it can be replanted in our hearts by the

enemy. We must die to pride, selfish ambitions and

other elements that fuel the burning stench of pride.

BROKEN means that our way of doing things is not in

proper working condition and everything we touch turns

to mud. Again, we are trying to make things happen or

force them to happen. We wind up spinning our wheels

and getting nowhere fast. God must break us from this

pattern if we are to move forward.

God uses our brokenness to weaken us. Once we are

stripped of our self-will, selfish ambitions, selfish

desires or self-centeredness - He can strengthen us with

His strength. When we fight against the tide for too long

we become tired and give up. God will allow us to fight

against the spiritual elements in order to weaken us and

get our attention. He will allow the enemy to come

against us in order to weaken our spiritual resistance and

give way to a new place in Him.

Another part of the process is the destruction of pride,

arrogance, fear, and doubt through adversity. God will

use adversity to shake us up. God will also allow our

SELF LIFE ISSUES to be destroyed by grief or

misfortune. Once He has crippled the bondages of the

enemy He can get our attention.

This is a painful process because usually we cannot

understand how God could allow such things to happen

to us. Self-justification will rise during the process and

since it is an element of pride, it too must be destroyed.

During the breaking process, many areas of our lives

will appear to be lacking the parts necessary to be

complete. Our ministries, marriages, relationships and

careers will lack the parts needed to be whole or

complete. God will allow a scattering to occur because

lack is not His Will for us. No matter how hard you try

“power” are hindering God’s move in us, through us and

for us. Now that all barriers are stripped away - it is

time to come face to face with SELF.

The worst thing we can do to ourselves is turn away

once the stripping process starts. When we run from

God, we are allowing the enemy full access to us and

our destiny. Instead of birthing ministry, we wind up

making ministry. Instead of bringing forth that which is

healthy and prosperous in the eyes of God, we bring

forth a “bastard” child that does not carry the seed of the

El Shaddai - God Almighty.

The thing that we birth cannot be blessed and prosper

because it does not belong to Jehovah Rohi, the Lord our

Shepherd. He cannot lead and guide a child that belongs

to the enemy.

The process of stripping MUST be carried out and we

MUST go through it like the men and women of God

that we are called to be. We MUST stand in the midst

of the stripping with our spiritual heads held high. We

know that His love has brought us to this point. We

MUST stand in the midst of the stripping with the

heartfelt knowledge that it is for our good and His glory.

Without complaining and murmuring, we press on to the

mark of His High calling for our lives. We press on

knowing that the enemy is already defeated and the

Lord’s goal for us is ultimate victory. Again, no weapon

formed against us will prosper. It does not matter what it

looks like, what matters is what He looks like.

Naked before Him is a position of new beginnings for

us. It is a position that at some point each of us that

desires to be with Him MUST take.

BROKEN means:

no longer whole: in two or more pieces, e.g. after

having been dropped or struck with something hard

out of order: no longer in working condition

 weakened: physically weakened

destroyed by adversity: destroyed or badly hurt by

grief or misfortune

incomplete: lacking parts necessary to be complete

 disorganized: lacking order or harmony

Once the Lord has stripped us of the things we hold

dear, He then begins a breaking process. The breaking

process is painful and often this is the point where many

of us will begin to run, hide, deny or justify.

Pride is a key factor in hindering the breaking process.

Pride wants to hide from the breaking; it seeks to

conceal that which God is exposing. Pride hinders the

Page 12: Light for Your Path June/July/August 2012

12

to pull it together, nothing works out the way you

envisioned. If left unchecked, you will have incomplete

projects, jobs or relationships scattered everywhere.

Finally, an essential part of the breaking process is the

lack of order or harmony in your life. Everything you

touch seems covered in chaos, drama or problems. When

you are out of alignment with the ONE who positions us,

disharmony or dis-ease occurs. It is part of the process to

open the eyes and ears of the dis-eased heart.

God takes us on this journey because He:

 Loves us

 Wants to use us

 Wants the best for us

Desires to see us set free and delivered from the hand

of enemy

A broken spirit and a contrite heart, to these He will draw

near. “The Lord is close to those who are of a broken

heart and saves such as are crushed with sorrow for sin

and are humbly and thoroughly penitent.” (Psalm 34:18

AMP). God desires to draw near but He will not draw

near to the stench of unrepentant flesh. He desires to

draw near to the vessel where flesh (selfish-desires) has

been sacrificed on the altar. The sacrifices of God are a

broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou

wilt not despise (Psalm 51:17 KJV).

We must be dead men walking, dead to the traps, snares

and tricks of the enemy. This means that God in His

infinite wisdom has brought us through a crushing

process in order to mend and make us whole.

He places a refiner’s fire before us to burn up all the

fragments and debris. He allows the fire to burn often at

spiritual temperatures that exceed the lava of a volcano.

“But who can endure the day of His coming? And who

can stand when He appears? For He is like a refiner’s

fire and like fullers’ soap. “He will sit as a smelter and

purifier of silver, and He will purify the sons of Levi and

refine them like gold and silver, so that they may present

to the LORD offerings in righteousness (Malachi 3:2-3).

Once we are in the refiner’s fire the real testing comes.

The testing is for our faith in Christ Jesus. The testing

comes to strengthen our faith and trust in the Lord. We

find ourselves in broken pieces waiting for the day to

come when the Lord will restore us. The trials come to

purify us of pride, fear, doubt, unbelief, negativity and the

like. That the trial of your faith, being much more

precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried

with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and

glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ (1Peter 1:7).

We have walked out a process of:

 Being naked before the Lord

Being broken of everything we thought we were,

everything we held on so dearly to, and broken of

pride and it’s fruits.

You ask, what now Lord? You have stripped me naked;

you have broken me down to the core. What now, Lord?

Now it is time for the Lord to begin the healing process.

The healing process occurs because He is a repairer of the

breaches in our lives and a restorer of the paths in which

we walk.

To HEAL means:

to restore a person, body part, or injury to health

be repaired naturally: to be repaired and restored

naturally

 to recover spiritually or emotionally:

to get rid of a wrong, evil, or painful affliction

by the formation of scar tissue

God’s healing process is a procedure that heals, mends

and restores us to full spiritual health and vitality through

the following:

He restores us to a spiritually healthy place in Him.

Our spiritual eyes and ears are attentive to His voice.

He repairs and restores the dry places in our lives.

We recover spiritually & emotionally by His love

& grace.

The formation of spiritual scar tissue occurs to

protect the place where God has cut away the infected

areas. This also gets rid of any wrong, evil, or

painful afflictions that might try to reoccur during

our healing process.

Once the healing process is complete, He can then begin

to reshape us into His image, placing His heart, Mind and

Spirit within us. I call this a spiritual transplant. He

replaces our old DNA with His DNA. I call it the

DIVINE NATURE OF THE ALMIGHTY and it now

flows through our veins. It changes the very fiber of who

we are. It redirects our thoughts, will and emotions into a

path of His righteousness, purpose and plans.

We now operate under the power or DNA of our creator.

His divine nature brings us closer to His manifested

presence. His divine nature flows through us and as a

result, we are connected to the life source of the vine.

Page 13: Light for Your Path June/July/August 2012

13

We have endured a spiritual transplant that has changed

the countenance of our spiritual and earthly being.

Nothing we endeavor from this point on will have any

resemblance of the way in which we use to do things. We

will consult Him on all things, we will trust Him in all

things, and we will believe Him for all things. His DNA is

the essence of our lives and He is the source of our

strength.

We are now at a place in Him where we can help others

come through the process. We are in a place in Him that

says, I am healed, set free and delivered and I can now go

back and help others still in the war, still in the fire, still

in the grips of the enemy. I am now in a place where my

spiritual strength is renewed and I can tell others what I

went through. I go through taking no praise, glory or

honor for myself. I can be a light for others to see. I am

now a living sacrifice, which is holy and acceptable to

God. I am now ready to tell others what I endured for the

cause of Christ and the freedom of HIS people.

I can tell others:

I was once naked but now I am clothed in His

righteousness

I was once broken, but now I am healed in Jesus

Name.

I was once ashamed of the chains that had me bound,

but now I am unashamed ready to tell the world that

I am an over comer by the BLOOD OF THE LAMB

and by the words of THIS TESTIMONY - MY

TESTIMONY and you too can be FREE.

We can do all things through Christ Jesus that

strengthens us.

Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. 2 Corinthians 3:17

Are You Ready to Accept God’s Gift of Salvation?

If you truly believe the message of the Roman Road, and

want to accept God’s gift of salvation right now, it's a

matter of repenting of your sins and turning the rest of

your life over to Jesus Christ. Again, this is not a ritual

based on any specific words or prayers, but rather, a

willful decision and a sincere step of faith.

“Father, I know that I have broken your laws

and my sins have separated me from you. I am

truly sorry, and now I want to turn away from

my past sinful life toward you. Please forgive

me, and help me avoid sinning again. I believe

that your son, Jesus Christ died for my sins, was

resurrected from the dead, is alive, and hears

my prayer. I invite Jesus to become the Lord of

my life, to rule and reign in my heart from this

day forward. Please send your Holy Spirit to

help me obey You, and to do Your will for the

rest of my life. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.”

"Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name

of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall

receive the gift of the Holy Spirit." (Acts 2:38)

If you decided to receive Jesus today, welcome to God's

family. Now, as a way to grow closer to Him, the Bible

tells us to follow up on our commitment.

Get baptized as commanded by Christ.

Tell someone else about your new faith in Christ.

Spend time with God each day. It does not have to be a

long period of time. Just develop the daily habit of

praying to Him and reading His Word. Ask God to

increase your faith and your understanding of the

Bible.

Seek fellowship with other followers of Jesus.

Develop a group of believing friends to answer your

questions and support you.

Find a local church where you can worship God.

STAY FREE SO GOD CAN PROSPER YOU!

fulfill a work on the earth. Work that requires

strength, humility, passion, compassion, obedience,

trust and faith - faith in God and faith in ourselves.

We were not created to simply walk around bare foot

and pregnant. We were not created to serve and never

be served. We were created to be celebrated and not

simply tolerated.

With the many layers of a woman, it is no wonder we

have accomplished so much down through the years.

We flow in many areas today that were once

forbidden or taboo. Because of our ability to adapt to

any situation, we can flow in places, spheres and

realms that are often difficult for men. Please

understand, I am not minimizing our husbands or

brothers, I am simply stating that we are able to adapt

to any situation. Our wombs were designed by God

to adapt and give birth. Try pushing out a ten pound

big head baby and see what I mean.

Because we are layered in the strength of the Lord,

we have the ability and strength to endure trials,

tribulations, hardships and pain. “How beautiful your

sandaled feet, O prince’s daughter” (Song of Songs

7:1)! We walk in a level of authority given to us by

God. Our feet were created to stand in high heels or

combat boots. We are comfortable walking in

whatever shoes. Why? Because we are steppers for

the Kingdom.

Women come in many shapes, forms and sizes - tall,

short, thin or thick madams. We come in all race,

colors and creeds. No two women are alike. We are

unique to the divine design of God because God

fearfully and wonderfully makes us.

Like a river, our layers run deep, like a river, we are

constantly flowing in whatever vein we flow.

Moreover, like a river we can shift with the tides of

life.

Our inner beauty can be as captivating as our

physical beauty. Armed with the mind and heart of

God, we are unmovable, unshakable, and ready to

stand our ground and war in the natural and in the

spiritual realm. We are mighty through God ready to

pull down strongholds and cast down every

imagination that exalts itself against the knowledge

of God and His purpose for our lives (2 Cor.10: 4-5

paraphrased).

Women are strong, fragile, and fearless while at the

same time fearful. We can hold our own in the

boardroom and yet be submissive in the bedroom.

Women are tenacious yet flexible. No matter the

situation, a woman is adaptable. Why? A woman

with her many layers and nuances is comfortable in

the skin she lives in. We are created with the “spirit

of excellence” of the Lord. God created women to

Prayer is not something that you do, prayer is the place you should live. Prayer is not a Sunday morning only

event. Prayer is a lifestyle. Prayer is not an tool you use when you want something from the HAND OF GOD.

Prayer is the place you press into to get to the heart of God. Prayer is our direct line with heaven. Prayer is

communion with God.

God desires to take our prayer lives to another dimension, individually and corporately. Prayer is the key to God

moving in the lives of the people. The lord is good to those who seek him diligently and he withholds nothing

good from them and prayer is the key is getting to the very heart of God.

This is the season for much prayer for it is a season of much warfare. God will cover us in all things and through

all things, but we must come to Him in prayer and with a heart of faith. Because there is great warfare in the

spiritual realm, we need to adjust ourselves and position our spirits in prayer and fasting.1

This is a real war and people must stop taking the enemy and his wiles and traps as if it is a joke. We must bind

the strongman in order to have the victory.

The church has come to a comfortable zone because it does not understand its role in the world, we were saved to

play an important role of setting the captives free, becoming the light in darkness, forsaking evil ways that

network Satan to our families. Instead of being the light, the church is hiding the light. That is why God has

placed what he is calling his "elite remnant" together to advance the kingdom and not be afraid of the status quo.

The new generation that is coming forward, is coming with revelation, power, and non compromising men and

women, we need to look unto the author and finisher of our faith, we are the remnant that should amend, rectify,

bring back the church to its true functioning authority, where God healed by Paul’s shadow, demons chased

without struggling, may God restore us and anoint us for this reason and purpose. The demonstration of God's

power is what is needed and prayer is the key to tap into the source of all power.1

It only takes a remnant to change a nation. We are called to be agents of change. And as agents of change it is

time to take on the mantle of prayer and begin to pull down strongholds that have held our people captive for far

too long. (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong

holds;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and

bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; 2Co 10:4-5

Pray with power, pray in faith, pray effectively. Because prayer will unlock God’s purpose and plans for the end-

times church. Without effective prayer the church will be lost and walking in darkness. Be careful for nothing;

but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. Phil

Welcome to It’s All in Your Name: Loving God

through His Names. The names of God used in

the Bible act as a roadmap for learning about

the character of God. Since the Bible is God’s

Word to us, the names He chooses in scripture

are meant to reveal His true nature to us.

Jesus presents himself as the I AM when

challenged by religious leaders. The I AM

means His Is everything. Jesus came to reveal

the God of the Bible and God has revealed

Himself in His book. As you learn the names of

God you will begin to discover His attributes

such as:

Wisdom - infinitude - sovereignty - holiness -

trinity - omniscience - faithfulness - mercy -

omnipotence - love - goodness and self-

sufficiency.

You will find when you pray His names: power,

healing, joy, deliverance, peace and love.

I invite you to press in to God through His

names. You will find a deeper love relationship

as you journey through the names of

Emmanuel - GOD WITH US.

Worship of Fire

Worship must begin on the inside - it is a matter of the heart. The Lord wants to take us to another level of worship. The season of worship we are about to encounter will require a deeper ear to

hear the Lord.

“Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks.

God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in spirit and in truth.”

John 4:23-24

As a teacher and a worshiper it is my passion to teach the people of God to worship God. There is no formula, that says, this is how you worship,

but there is a position of the heart that God requires from us and that is where worship must begin.

It is a journey that begins IN THE HEART

Worship begins when you open the door of your heart to God...

Inspiring Moments…

Ladies, It is time to be inspired in every area of

your life. It is time to find the inspiration to

embrace the woman God created you to be. For

years, many women have been sitting on the

back burner, side lined due to low self-esteem,

insecurity and inferiority. Pick yourself up, step

up to a mirror and shout: I’M BAD -

BEAUTIFUL, AMAZING AND DESTINED

FOR GREATNESS.

Here are some words to inspire you to move

forward in life.

It is very important to stay in touch with who

we are in Christ Jesus. If we loose sight of

WHOSE we are, then we are destined to

travel wrong roads, make wrong choices and

settle for LESS THAN God's best for us.

Stay connected to the vine.

Often as women, we forget that God created

us with an inner strength and determination

that says, “I am fearfully and wonderfully

made by the hand of God. I am more than a

conqueror. I am strong in the power of His

might.

It is vital to your emotional and spiritual

growth to be free from the chains of fear,

shame, abuse, bitterness, anger, doubt, low

self esteem or whatever it might be - so that

you can walk in the fullness of life. You

cannot carry around dead weight.

The only person that can condemn you - is

YOU. Everyone else is on assignment.

Your heart was equipped by God with

many things: (1) love (2) hope (3) desire.

Anything else might weigh you down.

Hold on to the things that matter most.

The day you discover your inner strength is the

day you will stop settling for less than God’s

best.

When people put you down, find a way to lift

them up. They might be putting you down

because they need a way to feel better about

themselves.

As you overcome challenges and obstacles,

learn from them so that you don’t have to

repeat them.

If you don’t learn from your mistakes you will

repeat them and the next time it might be

worse.

Don’t choose men because they look GOOD,

choose men because he looks GOD. (The man

that finds a wife, finds a good thing - let God do the

choosing).

Look for patterns of behavior that keep you

from moving forward. Dating the same

destructive men, spending habits that leave

you bankrupt, employment choices, eating

habits. Work towards changing unhealthy

areas of your life.

Be Inspired…

Be Courageous and walk

through the Open Doors

God has put in your life

Remember:

Opportunities are often disguised as

problems. Problems can actually be an

opportunity!

Opportunities are often time-sensitive. Don’t

let hesitation and procrastination lead to

devastation!

Opportunities are often tested by opposition.

Don’t miss a blessing filled life by trying to

attain a problem free life!

Opportunities are often missed because of

fear. Whenever there is fearful response on our

part there is a faithful reassurance on God’s!

Don’t limit God! Develop eyes of faith which

are constantly looking for the doors He is

opening. Use the four check-points above to

evaluate current opportunities. Once you cross

the threshold of an Open Door you’ll discover

God’s hand reaching out for yours on the other

side.
