1. Tendo Dokuta (Age 25, Male)------------------------------The main protagonist of the game. You control Tendo-san for themajority of thegame. Tendo-san is a second year medical intern in the prestigiousSeimeiMedical University Hospital. His reason for being a doctor was becausewhen hewas a kid, his mother died of cancer and no one could do anything topreventit. By being a doctor, he wants to help as many people as he can, sothey cancontinue to live and experience life. In the future find, Tendo-san alsocommitted to find the cure to cancer, so that no one has to die likehis mother

anymore. He also has a family relation with the Head Surgeon of thehospital,and that's probably why he was chosen to practice in that particularHospital.

2. Hoshi Sachi (Age 22, Female)-------------------------------The first person you meet in the game. She is a dedicated nurse whoseems tohave some sort of feeling towards Tendo-san. She loves to wear pink.Shesometimes also brings lunch for Tendo-san.

3. Ai Ueto (Age 26, Female)---------------------------A pediatrician who has finished her internship and now starts workingas a fulltime doctor. Dr. Ueto has helped you a lot in the past, but now withher newrole, you don't get to see her as much anymore. There is a rumorfloatingaround the Hospital that Dr. Ueto has a new boyfriend this year.

4. Florence Makiko Sakurada (Age 60, Female)

--------------------------------------------The Chief Nurse of Seimei Medical University Hospital. Gossiping is hernumberone hobby. It seems like she stalks everyone in the Hospital since sheisusually the first person to know when something interesting happens. Itwassaid that her nickname "Florence" is a reference to a famous nurse.



5. Suzu Aso (Age 36, Female)----------------------------One of the best surgeon the world has ever seen. Suzu-sensei is Tendo-san'ssupervisor during his internship in the hospital. She is the head ofthe 3rdSurgery Department. Her "healing touch" is very popular amongst themedicalworld as she always finished her operation very quickly with nomistake.However, she used to struggle with alcoholism, making her unable toperformoperation when needed. She loves to wear a bell choker around her neck.

6. Masui Utsuzou (Age 30, Male)-------------------------------An anesthesiologist who doesn't seem to like his job. He already has awife andchildren, but he is still flirting around with Hoshi-san in the

Hospital.

7. Kyousuke Sawai (Age 52, Male)--------------------------------An immunology research professor and the Head Surgeon of the SeimeiMedicalUniversity Hospital. He is shown as a cold and resolute man in theouterappearance but he actually has some soft spot in his mind, especiallyto hisonly daughter. He is involved in the research for the cure of bodilyimmunedisease, such as cancer and AIDS. His latest medicine, the SPX (SawaiPowerPlex), has helped many cancer patients to stay alive and well, but maynotactually effective to cure the disease completely.

8. Kurai Sanae (Age 28, Female)-------------------------------A creepy OR (Operation Room) assistant. Her way of talking is prettydaunting,with a lot of pauses and small laugh in between each word. She is somysterious, you don't know much about her. However, she is a good nurse.

9. Aoshima Yuma (Age 24, Female)--------------------------------A new intern that just comes into Seimei Medical University Hospitalthis year.She loves to eat and annoy her colleagues, but it's all done in a goodspirit.Aoshima-san is an ambitious and hard-working first-year intern, butbecause



she's been assigned too many works in the beginning (and she doesn'task anyonefor help), she makes many careless mistakes that may cost her patient'slife.

10. Keiichi Kashiwagi (Age 47, Male)------------------------------------A supportive character that doesn't do much in the game. It may bebecause you,as Tendo-san, do not work in the same area as him. He is a nervousdoctor andwill start sweating when he feels there's something wrong.

11. Hikaru Sawai (Age 10, Female)---------------------------------Professor Sawai's real daughter and Tendo-san's half-sister (mother-side). Sheis just started getting back to school after being hospitalized for a

longperiod of time in the last few years. She loves to play soccer. Tendo-san andHikaru has a solid brother-sister relationship.

There are many different things you can enjoy in this Extra Menu, suchasperforming any of the surgeries you have done in the game in harderdifficulty(unfortunately, normal difficulty is NOT available) and playing some
