styleLIFE’S COOL WHEN YOU KNOW HOW TO LIVE IT
The KUV100 NXT provides a great ride, it’s powerful and
responsive and has the feel of the great outdoors comes
from every millimetre. And it’s no slouch around the city either,
with diamond-cut 15” alloy wheels*, flared wheel arches with
attractive wheel, door and sill mouldings, and an aggressive
front grille to provide all the street cred you need. It’s good on
aesthetics, too, with an integrated rear spoiler, sleek body lines
and a beautifully designed premium black themed interior.
As before it is offered in a choice of either petrol or turbo-
diesel drive trains. The three-cylinder mFalcon G80 petrol
engine features multipoint fuel injection and dual variable
valve timing. The lightweight, all aluminium 1198cc unit
produces 61kW maximum power at 5500r/min, with
a torque peak of 115Nm. The three-cylinder mFalcon
D75 intercooled turbodiesel engine features common-
rail direct-injection technology, producing a maximum
output of 57kW at 3750r/min, and 190Nm of torque,
sustained between 1750 and 2250 r/min for brisk
acceleration and overtaking. Micro-hybrid technology
(engine start/stop) ensures higher fuel efficiency, whilst
the power/ECO mode available in the higher-end variants
allows you to choose how you would like to drive.

I T CAN IF YOU CAN
safespaceThe KUV100 NXT is as comfortable on the inside as it is
capable on the outside. There is comfortable seating for
five adults without compromise on leg-room, whilst at the
same time offering reasonable stowing space for luggage
in the boot space behind the rear seats. This is augmented
by additional innovative storage compartments under the
flat rear floor and under the front seats. The premium all-black
interiors are finished with piano black inserts and silver accents to
add a touch of elegance.
The KUV100 NXT will keep you safe, too, with two front airbags, ABS
(anti-lock braking) EBD (electronic brakeforce distribution) and CBC
(corner braking control) standard on all variants. For your personal
safety and convenience puddle lamps are a feature on all the doors to
illuminate your getting in-and-out in the dark, and the unique follow-me-
home and lead-me-to vehicle headlights will even shine your path to and
from the vehicle. Because it’s designed and built like an SUV it feels
really solid, too, and the higher than normal ride height provides good
visibility so you can see what’s happening up ahead.
There’s a multitude of other conveniences and details as well, from the
high-tech infotainment system, Park Distance Control system and even a
remote boot opener on the more advanced models*, to simple things like
a special place to stow your sunglasses. A cooled glove box will keep your
refreshments at the right temperature, and cup holders front and rear will
ensure they don’t spill.
There are a number of genuine accessories available from Mahindra that
will help to make your KUV100 NXT all your own. These include everything
from nudge bars and all-metal side steps, to scuff plates and floor mats.
