The present education system provides a detailed structure to implement policy

And complicated by policies that demotivate because people do not find meaning in the work they do

Project 1- Indicative Guidelines for resource centers

i.Objective and scope of work of such resource centres.

ii.Location, coverage and geographical area and process of setting up of resource centres.

iii.Manpower required at resource centres – their roles, job profiles, qualifications and selection criterion

iv.Infrastructure and facilities that should be available in the resource centre.

Project 2- Setting up a policy desk for Pre-Service Teacher Education

i.The present status of PSTE programs- types of colleges, teachers and students.

ii.Publishing reports on innovative examples of such programs across the country.

iii.Informing policy makers on what works and what does not work- curriculum,pedagogy and institutional framework.
