CONDITIONCosmetic procedures - hair removal During all stages of
treatment involving the use of laser apparatus on another person
(the
client), the licensee must observe the advice of a knowledgeable
medical practitioner in relation to avoiding any possible adverse

medical practitioner must be registered with the Australian Health
Practitioner Regulation Agency and be familiar with the biological
effects of the radiation from the laser apparatus to be, or being,
