B A BUILDING PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR THE PROJECT AND SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THEGENERAL CONTRACTOR. THE OWNER WILL PAY FOR THE GENERAL BUILDING PERMIT. ALL OTHERPERMITS, LICENSES AND BONDS ARE TO BE PAID FOR BY THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR ORSUBCONTRACTOR(S). SUBCONTRACTORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING THEIR OWNRESPECTIVE BUILDING PERMITS.
C THE ARCHITECT WILL BE AVAILABLE TO MEET WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF CODES ADMINISTRATIONAT CITY OF KANSAS CITY WITH THE SELECTED GENERAL CONTRACTOR IN ORDER TO EXPEDITE THEPERMITTING PROCESS.
D GENERAL CONTRACTOR IS TO PAY FOR DUMPSTER PERMITS AS NECESSARY. ALL DEMOLITIONDEBRIS SHALL BE TAKEN TO A LICENSED LANDFILL WITH PROOF PROVIDED TO THE OWNER, ORRECYCLED. TRASH AND RECYCLING RECEPTACLES WILL BE LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNEROF THE PROPERTY. RECEPTACLES SHALL NOT BLOCK ENTRANCES OR PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.
E GENERAL CONTRACTOR TO COORDINATE WITH CITY OF KANSAS CITY FOR PARKING AND STAGINGARRANGEMENTS. IF PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY IS TO BE CLOSED FOR ANY REASON, THE GENERALCONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING ANY NECESSARY STREET CLOSURE PERMITS FROMTHE CITY OF INDEPENDENCE, MISSOURI, OR MODOT.
F ALL CONTRACTORS SHALL BE LICENSED TO PERFORM WORK WITHIN THE CITY OF KANSAS CITY,MISSOURI.

MINIMUM STEEL PLATE BLOCKING AS REQUIRED WITHIN STEEL STUD FRAMED PARTITIONS FOR SECURE AND PROPER ATTACHMENT OF NEW WORK, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO A/V EQUIPMENT, MILLWORK, VISUAL DISPLAY SURFACES, SIGNAGE, AND FURNISHINGS WHERE INDICATED ON PLANS.
7. WHERE WORK OCCURS IN AREAS WITH EXISTING FINISHES TO REMAIN, REFINISH DISTURBED AREAS TO MATCH EXISTING FINISHES AND MATERIALS UNLESS NOTED OR DIRECTED OTHERWISE.
