Cognizant designed integrated Social Media Analytics and Reporting Tool (iSMART), figure 1, to meet a l l soc ia l media needs across organizations. It is customizable and provides real-time insight into the organization’s social media effectiveness.
iSMART extracts data from the multiple sources using Big data. This data is integrated with the tradit ional data warehouses to unearth meaningful insights.
iSMART serves as a conduit integrating traditional BI and Social BI.
