Institution Building Project in the frame of a partnership with the

University of Shkodra / Albania (from 1995 on)

- mainly financed by the Ministry for Science and Research

- foundation and enlargement of institutes

- trainings and mobility programs for students and lecturers

- 2007: opening of a new university library

- cooperation between the Institutes of German Language and Literature studies as model of best practice
