I write with reference to Denis Gorshkov, and Diatom Enterprises, which is domiciled in Latvia, with clients both locally and in North America.

I have known Denis and Diatom professionally and personally for nearly ten years. His company has done professional work for us on two occasions. The work was done on time, on budget, and to a North American professional standard.

I have always known Denis and his team to act professionally, and I hold them in high regard.

AAs an American owning an investment business in a foreign country, I am careful about the partners I choose.
