Steps1. Identify all external anatomy on aboral and oral

surfaces. - Madreporite, ambulacral groove, mouth, eyespot,

arm/ray, central disk, tube feet

2. On one arm, cut with scissors about 2 centimeters off.

3. Continue with the same arm, cut with scissors down both sides. Careful to cut only through the skin.

4. Cut along the top of the arm to cut off skin. Careful to not damage thecentral disk.5. Remove skin.

Steps6. Remove digestive and reproductive glands with forceps, place to the side.7. Examine ampullae.8. Using scalpel, cut through central disk(go around madreporite). Careful to not damage the stomachs.9. Remove central disk.10. Examine madreporite, find the stone canal that leads into the ring canal.11. Examine pyloric stomach. Find the canals that attach to the stomach and lead into each arm. Remove and set to the side.12. Examine the cardiac stomach. Remove and set to the side.13. Examine the mouth.
