What is Cyberbullying?

Examples of Cyberbullying

• Using some else’s screen name or password• Impersonating someone• Using bad language online• Posted rude things or lies about someone• Voting at an online bashing poll• Clicking “LIKE” on inappropriate comments• Uploading humilating video clips• Sending hurtful text messages• Sending a threatening email

Prevention Do not respond. Do not retaliate. Do not delete. Save the evidence. Talk to a trusted adult. Check comments posted to your account often. Be careful who you give phone numbers &

passwords to Don’t assume a picture of someone is real.

Don’t say anything you wouldn’t say to

their face.
