California's no-fault divorce law was drafted by Assemblyman James A. Hayes and signed into law in 1969 by then-Governor Ronald Reagan. The rest of the nation quickly followed California's lead. When We Divorce Unlawfully

• We are covenant-breakers / liars (Rom. 1:31;Eccl. 5:4).
