Spreadsheet – Open Office Calc

Printing SpreadsheetsTo print a spreadsheet, you need to highlight

the cells that you wish to print.

Printing SpreadsheetsNext, click on “Page Preview” from the File menu.

Page Preview window.

Select “picture” from the “Insert” Menu

Choose the photo you want

Adding Pictures

When first imported the image will be far too big, so right-click on it and select “Position and Size” from the pop-up menu.

Adding Pictures• Edit the Height of

the image to the size of the cell

• Make sure you click on “Keep Ratio” to preserve the aspect ratio of the image.

Hiding ColumnsIf there is a column

or row that you don’t want to print, highlight it by right-clicking on it’s column or row header, and selecting “Hide” from the pop-up menu.

You can restore the hidden data by right-clicking on header and selecting “Show”.
