Career Goals

Passionate, articulate, meticulous, pioneer and a Business Leader with drive and zeal. I am the Principal Founder and CEO of Elite-CV, a career branding company and a first of its kind in South Africa. In the course of my career, I’ve held several roles that were fundamental in diversifying my experience. I advanced my career from a Bookkeeper of a small company to an award-winning Financial Operations Manager at a Global Organisation. My career started in Finance and my first job was in a small IT Equipment Company in Bloemfontein. I then moved to Johannesburg in 2005 and worked for Polo SA before settling at Internet Solutions a division of Dimension Data for a decade. Here is where I honed my leadership qualities and discovered my gift of innovating thinking.

I hold an MDP obtained from the Gordon Institute of Business Science as well as a Financial Management Qualification from the University of South Africa, and various certifications. I am a SaaS champion and a stern believer in out-of-the-box thinking to attain results and solidify an organisation’s success. A leader in building and successfully managing virtual teams, I believe that agility is a key ingredient in achieving growth and success in a business. My resourcefulness and ability to find creative ways to keep operational costs to a minimum has seen me transform organisations.

I believe you cannot manage what you cannot measure and that it is essential that decision-makers have access to accurate, real-time information and this birthed my love for creating dashboards. I am systematic and technological therefore starting an online business was an organic move for me.

I am a wife and mother of two, and I enjoy family time above social engagements. My favourite pastime is photography, I enjoy documenting moments in the form of photographs. I love snorkelling and travelling, enjoying new experiences with my loved ones is something I enjoy immensely.
