• CGM: a standard for the storage and exchange of 2D vector graphics, raster graphics and text defined by ISO/IEC 8632

• The core ISO CGM specification also includes many features and concepts that you will rarely need…

• A CGM profile contains up to 170 requirement clauses for CGM content

• A further 21 requirements for CGM generators and viewers
