Manage Auto Renewals The Manage Auto Renewals module contains a set of self-service tools that enable you to efficiently manage your airtime renewals, deactivations, credits and invoices – all on easy-to-use screens. The Manage Auto Renewals module contains two screens: Manage Airtime Renewals and Adjust Airtime Invoices. Use the Manage Airtime Renewals screen to renew and deactivate your devices expiring soon. Use the Adjust Airtime Invoices screen to deactivate and request credit for devices recently renewed. In addition to the screens available in the Manage Auto Renewals module, use the Manage Invoices module to view and pay your invoices.

How Does the Auto Renewal Process Work? On the 1st of each month, CalAmp emails the Device Renewal Report to address listed in your main account. This report contains a list of your devices expiring within the next 60 days. Device airtime plans are marked to auto-renew at the end of their subscription year unless you deactivate devices through the Airtime Renewal screen. You have until the end of the following month to select which devices to renew or deactivate. On the 1st of each month, the airtime renewal plan is processed for each device marked for renewal, and those devices marked for deactivation are removed from renewal. Devices that you have removed from renewal will be deactivated on their expiration date. Airtime renewal and deactivation is processed for all customers on the 1st of each month. Depending on your billing cycles, invoices are processed monthly or weekly.

Renewal Notifications LenderOutlook notifies you of devices with airtime expiring within 60 days. For example, on June 1st, you will receive notification for devices with airtime expiring in July and August. These notifications provide a convenient method of monitoring and managing your airtime renewals and expirations.

Airtime Renewal Reminder Email CalAmp sends a monthly Airtime Renewal Reminder email to the address specified in your account’s profile. Attached to the email is the Device Renewal Report. This report displays all devices that are up for airtime renewal in the next 60 days. For your convenience, the report is attached in two formats. The PDF format is for printing, and the CSV format is to open in Excel. After reviewing the report, log in the LenderOutlook application and confirm airtime renewal or deactivate devices prior to the end of the following month. LenderOutlook deactivates any device with an expired airtime renewal plan. Note: CalAmp charges a reactivation fee to renew a deactivated device.

On-Screen Messages In addition to the email notification, a message screen displays after you log in LenderOutlook If you have devices with airtime plans expiring or due for renewal. Using the “here” links provided, you can jump directly to the Manage Auto Renewals module to renew or deactivate devices. You can select how often you this reminder message displays by day, week or month. You cannot turn off the auto renewal on-screen reminders.

Manage Airtime Renewals Screen The Manage Airtime Renewals screen enables you to manage the airtime renewal plans for devices in your main account and sub-accounts with airtime plans expiring. Airtime plans automatically renew on the 1st of each month. You have until the end of the month to select which devices to renew or deactivate for the following month. Note: Depending on your billing cycles, your invoice is processed either monthly or weekly.

To Manage Airtime Renewals:

1. Select My Accounts from the Menu bar, and then select Manage Auto Renewals on the Sidebar.

• The Manage Airtime Renewal screen displays. The list of devices to renew is blank until you select a month.

2. Select a month from the Devices Expiring In drop-down menu.

3. Select the Include Sub-Accounts check box to display devices in both your main and sub-accounts.

4. Click the Find Devices button.

• LenderOutlook displays all devices that expire in the month you selected. The Renewal Plan Pricing displays at the top of the list.

5. Devices are marked to renew by default. Clear the check box for any device that you do not want to renew.

• Devices not renewed will be deactivated on their expiration date.

6. Click the Renew Selected button.

7. Click the OK button to confirm airtime renewals.

• If you did not renew a device, LenderOutlook displays the Device De-Activation Confirmation screen.

• Click the De-Activate button to de-activate the device.

Manage Airtime Invoices The Adjust Airtime Invoices screen enables you to request credit and deactivate recently renewed devices. You have approximately one month from the renewal processing date to request credit for a device. This screen only shows invoices that include devices within the credit request grace period. Credits are applied regularly throughout the month. When you request a credit, LenderOutlook immediately places the corresponding invoice on hold as Pending until the credit has been applied. Note: You cannot pay a Pending invoice. As soon as the credit is applied, the invoice will become available for payment. To Manage Airtime Invoices:

1. Select My Accounts from the Menu bar, and then select the Manage Auto Renewals on the Sidebar.

2. Select the Adjust Airtime Invoices tab.

• The Adjust Airtime Invoices screen displays. The list of devices is blank until you select an invoice from the list.

3. Select an invoice from the Invoice drop-down menu.

• You can also search for devices using the Air ID/ESN search field. Type the device Air ID or ESN in the field. Separate multiple devices with commas.

4. Click the Find Devices button.

• LenderOutlook displays the devices from the selected invoice or from the Air ID/ESN search field. If a credit has been requested for a device, the "Credit Pending" note displays below the Air ID. You cannot reverse a credit request.

5. Select the check box for the device that you want to deactivate and request an airtime credit.

6. Click the Remove Selected button.

7. Click the OK button to confirm the credit request and deactivate the device.

• The note “Credit Pending” displays below a device that you have marked to remove from renewal. Once you have requested credit for a device, you cannot reverse the credit.

• LenderOutlook includes the airtime credits in an invoice. Select the Manage Invoices button from the Sidebar to review and pay your account’s invoices.

Manage Invoices The Manage Invoices Module enables you to easily manage the invoices, including monitoring when credit memos and payments are applied, for your account from two easy-to-use screens: Open Invoices and Paid Invoices. The top part of the Open Invoices screen displays your current A/R balance, providing immediate insight into the standing of your account. Credits to your account may not yet be applied. In these scenarios, your A/R may show a past due balance. As soon as the credit is applied to your account, the past due balance will be resolved. Invoicing is processed on a monthly or weekly interval depending on the billing cycle for your account

Open Invoices Screen The Open Invoices tab displays all of your account’s unpaid invoices, credit memos and payments. From this screen, you can view an unpaid invoice directly on-screen; open it in PDF format to print; pay a single invoice or multiple invoices with a single click; or click an active Invoice link and view devices eligible for credit.

View Invoices On-screen or in PDF FOrmat Use the View link to review invoices directly on-screen or in PDF format, which you can download and save to your local computer. Note: If an Invoice is past due, you will see a message indicating that the devices included on the invoice will be deactivated if payment is not received by the specified timeframe. View an Invoice:

• To view an invoice directly on your screen, click the View link associated with the invoice.

• To view an invoice in PDF format, click the PDF link. Using the PDF format, you can easily print or save the invoice.

Pay Single or Multiple Invoices From the Open Invoices screen, you can pay a single invoice or multiple invoices with a single payment. When you select to pay multiple payments, LenderOutlook provides a summarized total of the selected invoices and displays the invoice # for each selected invoice. To pay invoices online, you must have credit or debit card. Note: Invoices with “Credit Pending” – The invoice is on hold. You cannot pay the invoice until after the credit has been applied to the invoice.

To Pay a Single Invoice or Multiple Invoices:

1. To pay a single invoice, click the Pay Now link for the invoice that you want to pay.

2. To pay multiple invoices at once, select the check box for each invoice that you want to pay, and then click the Pay Now link.

• The Pay screen displays. The payment amount and Invoice # display at the top of the screen. If you have selected to pay multiple invoices, the summarized total for the selected invoices and each Invoice # displays.

3. Enter your Billing Address information and your Payment Details.

• All fields marked with a red asterisk are required.

4. Click the Continue button to confirm payment.

Invoices with Credit Eligible Devices If a device is still eligible for credit, the associated invoice number will display as a blue link. To view credit eligible devices, click the blue Invoice link. LenderOutlook will open the Adjust Airtime Invoices screen and show a list of devices from the selected invoice that are available for credit request. View an Invoice with Credit-Eligible Devices:

1. To view credit eligible devices, click a blue Invoice # link.

2. LenderOutlook will display the Adjust Airtime Invoices screen with a pre-populated list of devices eligible for credit.

3. To request a credit for a device, refer to Manage Airtime Invoices.

Paid Invoices Screen The Paid Invoices screen displays the last 10 items applied to your account. This includes Credit Memos, Paid Invoices and Payments. You can view paid invoices directly on-screen or download in PDF format.
