Operational Process Flow

After arrival at Legero Warehouse• Check package quantity against delivery note, proper packing and outside

damage• Original packing list and/or delivery note will stay with the order• Actual weight & dimensions checked against documents• Update order info in Legero System• Print Labels• Label the packages & Store them at the ‘Customers’ designate area• Change the order Status to ‘Stock’

• Prior to the dispatch orders are labeled with full style delivery address• Any small items are packed on pallets or in boxes to avoid losses / damages• If fumigation is mandatory we will arrange accordingly
