OFFICE HOURS: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM. CHECK OUT: 11 AMALL VISITORS MUST REGISTER AT THE OFFICE UPON ARRIVAL.
CHECK-IN TIME: 3 PM. CHECK-OUT: 11 AMGeneral: Campsites must be kept neat and orderly. No appliances or clotheslines. Please do not remove furniture from other sites or common areas. Smoking is prohibited in common buildings and poolside. There is a smoking area for your convenience located adjacent to the pool. Discard cigarettes in approved containers only. Excessive consumption of alcohol is not permitted. Electric golf carts allowed with proof of insurance. Skateboards are NOT allowed. Children under the age of 16 must wear a helmet while riding anything with wheels. SPEED LIMIT 5 MPH. WATCH FOR CHILDREN!!!
Visitors: Guest are welcome to have visitors while staying with us at our campground. If you are expecting a visitor, please have them register at the office. Additional fees of $5.00 apply pp/day until 10pm. Enjoy your time and please observe quiet hours.
Parking: One vehicle/site is allowed as long as the vehicle fits on the site and does not block access to other sites or sidewalks. Commercial vehicles are not allowed inside the campground. Extra vehicle parking is available in the front storage area. Extra charges will apply. All vehicles must display a parking pass. No vehicle maintenance or washing of vehicles or camper allowed. Any vehicles on property that do not have a parking pass and has not been registered with the office will be towed at owner’s expense. Park in your designated area. If you are unsure where that is, please come to the office for assistance.
Children: Parents are responsible for their children’s conduct and safety at all times. Please do not let children walk on the concrete area around the pond and no wading in the pond allowed.
Pets: No pet shall cause a disturbance. Pets must be kept on a leash anytime they are outside, even if you are with them, and must not be left unattended. 6ft max leash. Pet litter must be cleaned up immediately. Please do not allow your pets into the bathhouse, playground areas, store or pool areas. Non-aggressive dogs may be allowed to run free in our new K-9 Kamp. Never leave them tethered up outside unattended. No feeding animals, wild or domestic, outside.
Swimming: Safety signs posted at pool must be obeyed. NO glass at the pool or surrounding areas. There is an outside shower to rinse off before entering the pool. No running in pool areas. No pets, skateboards or bikes allowed near pool. Do not bring food or drinks poolside when the bar and restaurant are open.
Trash: We RECYCLE. Please separate (plastic, cardboard, glass, aluminum, wood, etc.). Please place trash in appropriate containers (BLUE for recycling, GREEN for household garbage). We do not pick up trash at sites. No bulk trash in dumpsters. Please do not litter. Clean up after yourselves and your party, inside the clubhouse as well as on the grounds.
Quiet Time: Please observe quite times 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Fires: Fire pits are located throughout the grounds on select sites. Never leave a fire unattended. Only burn approved campfire wood. Do not use a fire pit that is not located on your site. Fire pits are not for trash. $ FIREWOOD available in the general store.
Responsibilities: All people responsible for damages to the property will be charged costs and are subject to prosecution by law.
RV Septic: Florida state law prohibits the drainage of sink or shower water onto the ground. Use sewer donut when on sites. No draining of tanks into an uncovered, unsealed container. For the safety of our residents and guests, please report any suspicious behavior to management. By Florida Law, any unregistered guest will be asked to leave the property immediately.
Spirit of the Rules: One’s conduct should reflect consideration and respect for others’ property and community. Management reserves the right to refuse admittance or remove from the park any person with or without cause. Management assumes no liability in the use of facilities or grounds. By remaining on property, you agree that you have read and agree to abide by all of the Park Rules. If you do not agree to the above rules you may go to the office within one hour of check in for a full refund. If you do violate any of the aforementioned rules you may be asked to leave the campground without refund. At no time may work be performed anywhere on the premises without the express approval by management. Only insured and or licensed contractors are permitted on property. No soliciting for outside work permitted.
