Section 35: 5 shares of Divide Creek Highline Ditch Co. water (322 total in the Co.)

The Highline Ditch has the following water rights:

1. 150 cfs from West Divide Creek

2. 14.43 cfs from Alkali Creek—this creek runs early and dries up fast (available for 4-6

weeks only).

3. 33.3 cfs from Clear Fork of Muddy Creek (tributary to the Gunnison River). This is im-

ported water for late summer use when West Divide Creek is low. Because it is imported

from a basin different than the Colorado River it has special value and can be used to ex-

tinction. It can also be sold for use within other basins with the proper augmentation

plans.

4. 18.9 cfs from Owens Creek. This imported water is tributary to the Colorado River and

can be used to extinction but only within the Colorado River basin.

Section 25 & 36: 1/4 of the Porter Ditch and Reservoir Co. (60,000 total shares in the Co)

The Porter ditch has the following water rights:

1. 5 priorities from West Divide Creek totaling 60 cfs.

2. 2.5 cfs (junior right) and an augmentation plan that allows us to pump water above the

Porter ditch on land that was formerly dryland.

3. 2.8 cfs conditional water right in the FF Park ditch that we can use on all lands in Sections

35, 25 & 36.
