Foreword

On behalf of the conference committee of ICISC 2021, it is my great pleasure towrite a foreword to the 5th International Conference on Inventive Systems andControl (ICISC 2021), which has been organized by JCT College of Engineeringand Technology on January 7–8 , 2021.

ICISC continues the research tradition that has been established over the past fouryears, to bring together the scientific and research community that are interested insharing the research ideas and developments along with the technological break-throughs in the areas of computing, communication, and control. The main aim ofICISC 2021 is to promote discussions about recent research achievements and trendsto encourage the exchange of technological and scientific information by coveringa wide range of topics ranging from data communication, computing networks tocontrol technologies that encompasses all the relevant topics in design, modeling, simulation, and analysis.

The proceedings of ICISC 2021 includes a total of 71 papers. The submissionof papers originated from validating the international nature of the conference. Thequality of papers accepted for presentation at the conference and publication inthe proceedings is guaranteed by the Paper Review Board and Technical ProgramCommittee members. ICISC is constantly encouraging research scholars’ partici-pation and their interaction with leading professional experts and scientists fromresearch institutes, universities, and industries. The technical sessions of ICISC 2021are complemented by a special keynote session from the renowned research experts.

I would like to thank all of the authors, technical programme committee members, review board members and session chairs for their research contributions and effortsin support of the 5th ICISC. I hope that the conference program provides youwith valuable research insights and will further stimulate research in the fields ofcomputing, communication, and control.

Preface

Wearepleased to introduceyou to theproceedings of the5th InternationalConferenceon Inventive Systems and Control (ICISC 2021), which was successfully held onJanuary 7–8, 2021. ICISC 2021 has brought together research experts, scholars, and industrialists from around the world to disseminate and explore the most recentadvanced research works in the field of intelligent systems, as well as to establishinnovative academic exchange among computing and communication researchers.

The geographically distributed committee of ICISC 2021 consists of experts, reviewers, and authors in the areas of computing, communication, and control fromdifferent parts of the world. With its professional and significant research influence,ICISC is honored to invite three renowned research experts as keynote speakers. We are pleased to report that we received 382 submissions, from which 71 high-quality papers were chosen and compiled into proceedings after each manuscriptwas stringently reviewed. Moreover, the committee has always ensured that all thepapers have gone through the peer-review process in order to meet the internationalresearch publication standard.

We would like to extend our gratitude to the organizing committee, distinguishedkeynote speakers, internal/external reviewers, and also the authors for their continualsupport for the conference. We would also be very thankful to the Springer publi-cations for publishing this proceedings. The readers will be highly benefitted bygaining state-of-the-art research knowledge from the ICISC 2021 proceedings. Wewould also expect the same overwhelming response andmore number of scholars andexperts across the globe to join the international conference, which will be organizedin the upcoming years.
