La propuesta de Le Corbusier para Berln incluye 530 departamentos distribuidos en 17 niveles. No obstante, se accede a ellos slo a travs de 9 calles , que son en realidad pasillos bastante anchos, mucho ms que los de un edificio residencial comn, donde supuestamente los residentes tendran interaccin social.
