• Development and use of learning, literacy and numeracy strategies at work and in education

• Employment pathways through identifying and creating achievable results

• 10 weeks (Term 3 - 2012)

• 300 hours combined time

• Employer - 1 day per week

• School - 3 days per week

• (Situational flexibility negotiable between stakeholders)

• Online (e learning)

• Relative to workplace/industry learning outcomes, LL&N and VETiS requirements

• Workplace outcomes

• Pre planned education and behaviour objectives (negotiated with employer and educators)

• Interviews with students, employers and peer’s.

• Observation

• Rubrics

• Self, workplace and class assessment

• Consultation between all stakeholders

• Collaborative strategies

• Student centric relevance 

• Communicate with parents or guardians

• Promoting involvement and engagement

• Developing and supporting mentoring and coaching skills that support long term results.

• Engagement through feedback from all stakeholders throughout the delivery and after completion.
