ACTIVITY 3: LEARNING ABOUT VÄSTEVIK and OUR FRIENDS’ EXPERIENCE. OBJECTIVES - Learn about others friend’s experience to Västervik. - Improve their English. - Learn about Västervik a little bit. ACTIVITY In IES Guillem de Berguedà, students who finís 3rd of ESO can do an Exchange with a Swedish school from Västervik. They go there at the beginning of September of 4 th of ESO from 2 to 14 September and Swedish students come here at the end of October. You can see their experience here: http://swedenexchange2009.blogspot.com Now, some 4 th of ESO students and Swedish students will talk about their experiences to our 3 rd of ESO students who will travel to Västevik at the end of this school year thanks to COMENIUS. They will listen to some Power point that 4 th of ESO and Swedish students have prepared. At the end, our 3 rd of ESO students will ask them some question. Everything will be in English. This is a way to motivate our 3 rd of ESO students who are a little bit shy to go to Sweden at the moment.
