Memory is the process that our brain does to store or retain information. The old information is actualized after learning something new. Our memory has two important friends to do her job.

Some advices

• The nigth before a test read the material once and go to bed

• If your ideas dot flow and you stay up all nigth studing hard everything will go away

• Study a bit about what you are learning before going to sleep will increased the change of dreaming about it and enhance the ability to understand.
