• Conduct Trend Analysis to determine highest incidence cause and highest incidence group.

• Develop appropriate policies to mitigate hazards associated with accidents.

• Develop and implement training plan targeting groups with highest incidence rate.

• Conduct Trend Analysis to determine what types and where accidents are occurring on campus.

• Inspect any areas identified as trend "hot spots" to confirm that hazards have been corrected.

• Purchase software to manage fire safety violations, identify corrective actions and follow-up to assure

completion.

• Submit work orders and/or notification for corrective actions to appropriate parties.

• Conduct re-inspections after 30 days and submit results of non-compliance to Chair or Dean as

appropriate.
