• Ensure that ECC/CEO/sr. management understands and supports Leadership Giving– Share information on ratio of leadership

gifts to total campaign contributions

• Ask CEO to make a Leadership Gift• Encourage establishment of a

Leadership Giving Club to enhance in-company participation and recognition– Special Recognition, invitations to

special events
