Leadership aspiration of the Freedom Team of India Today I came across the following powerpoint slides on the internet, purporting to be by one Mukesh Menon. Unfortunately, I can’t find out who Mukesh is, but whoever he is, he has done an excellent job at summarising key differences between leaders and managers. I believe this precisely is the kind of leader we are looking for on the Freedom Team of India . If you fit the bill, please join FTI. Also, please read these related slides: http://www.sanjeev.sabhlokcity.com/level5-unslides.pdf One thing I believe: that leadership is not in-born. It is developed. Let’s all aspire to value-based leadership. Finally, I invite you to read my blog http://sabhlokcity.com/ where I promote liberty and good governance everywhere, particularly in India. On my blog you’ll find many of my other writings (books, articles).
