In Smart Villages, new and traditional networks and services are enhanced through digital and telecommunications technologies, innovations and better use of knowledge, for the benefit of citizensand businesses.

1• Analysis of previous documentation. Identification and analysis

of the current evaluation systems applicable to innovation and LEADER.

2.• Identification of Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Quantitative

/ qualitative indicators.

3. • Design of the long-term evaluation model. The aim is to

systematize a Stage evaluation methodology.

4. • Training of technical teams in the evaluation model already

agreed upon.

Standardize specific tools for monitoring and evaluating innovation and smart solutions:•within the framework of LEADER both at the level of activity•as well as at the level of the PLDS itself.

Provide a specific model that complies with the monitoring and evaluation requirements established by regulations, and that makes theimpact of innovation in the LEADER framework visible.

Establish a continuous improvement tool that allows the local action group to identify findings and incorporate the lessons learned into its management.
